EVERYTHING WAS A++ OKAY.

Staff and room lovely. However, the breakfast was horrible, greasy deep fried bacon etc.

Great hotel in the heart of Lisburn.

Everything was excellent 👌 great customer service. I arrived early and they allowed me to check-in earlier than usual. Really appreciate it.. nothing to complain about the hotel 👍👍

The attidtude of the bar staff was appauling. Service with a smile was definitely non exsistent- personality of a gold fish comes to mind. We sat at a free table with no reserved sign before one of the female staff came over and told us we only had 10 minutes before we had to move. Another member of staff came over and lifted our drinks from the table, he told my partner i give them to him but I in fact give him empty glasses and he took the rest when i was talking to my friend. The rooms are meant to be sound proof - this is not the case. I could hear music from downstairs and people talking outside our room to the early hours. Horrible horrible ignorant people- we will never be back!

The breakfast had a great variety of different foods to choose from. Staff were always glad to help.

Check in was very quick and easy and the gentleman was very pleasant. Our room was very nicely decorated and was spotless. We would stay here again.

Room was comfortable and clean. Lovely bathroom. The only thing that stopping me giving it 5 stars was that breakfast wasnt great. They operated a buffett style but the hot items weren't hot enough and the plates weren't heated. We did however have a lovely evening meal in the restaurant one day of our stay. The bar area was also great with great music.

Nice bed, helpful staff, good central location and nice restaurant with excellent food. Parking available beloe hotel in car park for a fee. Great choice forxa Stay in Lisburn.

Hotel management walked in on wife getting out of shower,{ I wasn't there at time} She had to grab for a towel, he didn't knock before hand, only after she called out , then he knocked, saying he was doing room inspection?? Live music was fine in bar, but it was way too loud in Restaurant, I couldn't hear my wife talking to me, across the table, so had to go and sit beside her, for conversation, Breakfast , we had to ask for milk to be refilled, even then they didn't fill it up enough, as we needed it for our cereal, and Tea, Staff need to keep checking if Breakfast item needs top up.

We stayed at the Haslem Hotel over the weekend and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had requested a cot for our room, which was already set up – such a thoughtful touch that made things so much easier for us as a family with a young baby. The hotel’s lobby is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and modern atmosphere. We also really enjoyed both dinner and breakfast – the food was excellent, with great quality and flavour. One thing we really appreciated was the live music in the evening – it had a calm and inviting feel, perfect for a weekend stay. And despite the entertainment downstairs, our room was peaceful and quiet, which was a huge plus with a baby. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend the Haslem Hotel. It’s a great choice for families and couples looking for comfort, style, and great service.

Such a vibe ! Perfect for dining and cute photos. Staff was so very friendly. Shout out to William ! He was great! Room was clean, spacious and cozy yet updated ! Comfortable bed and pillows. Definitely stay here!
