Quiet neighbourhood, peaceful stay with family

The house was well kept and clean. The staff was not on site but they were easily available via phone at any time which is great. It was a bit inconvenient though because the buses nearby the property only ran sometimes. Some days they were frequent and some days they were rare and practically didn’t run. If you were to drive then that isn’t an issue as there’s free parking in front of the house. My one other issue was that the shower was not consistent in temperature; it would be too hot or too cold in waves, almost burning me.

Did not receive access code in time. No contact with anyone about the property. Tried twice at property. Had to make other accommodations. Finally received access code too late at 9 pm local time.

Excellent place for solo travelers on budget. My only concern was with the sink, it has separate taps for hot and cold water, making it quite uncomfortable to use especially in the cold weather.

Pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and spacious. Kitchen & bathrooms immaculate. The area is lovely with friendly people and lots of places to eat and drink. I really enjoyed my stay at the guesthouse. I’ll most probably be back again soon.

Nicely refurbished. I appreciated the swift burst of heating when I arrived wet and cold. Toasty!

This was a lovely and affordable stay in Belfast. I would recommend for solo travelers who want to experience more than the typical hotel setting.

A very warm house. The house has everything.

Great place to stay, very safe (each room has its own lock) and clean. It within the walking distance from the city centre (30 minutes), there was also bus connection. The area is quiet, room was very nice and very comfortable bed. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Definitely can recommend staying there.

Locking system of the property was pretty annoying. Time to get lubricant service for the doors. Apart from that everything was good.

The room was really nice and the whole house was great but the the owners was really disrespectful and blocked my phone number and when asked why there reply was because I was messing around with the bookings witch I wasn't there was cancelling them and online it says pay now or at the property and there don't accept payment at property but if you pick pay at property it costs your more so be very careful and there also cancelled my other booking at one of there other properties just because we took a extra pillow as my wife couldn't sleep properly and there told me off in a disrespectful way witch I find very uncomfortable and there disrespected me there told me there was other guests but there was only us 2 a one more guest there was 2 empty rooms so my advice would be not to book with this hotel

Foi boa , mas tive um estresse com uma hóspede que estava no quarto número 1. Começou a fazer barulho na cozinha as 5:30 da manhã .

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cette ghesthouse pour visiter Belfast. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon et il est très facile de se garer au logement. Nous avons pu utiliser la machine à laver sans problème. Le logement est situé à côté du mur de la paix, il faut néanmoins faire attention à la fermeture des portes à 19h30 !! Cela rajoute une longue marche depuis le centre-ville passé cet horaire.

tres bien nous avons eu une bonne ame qui nous a ouvert et a contacté le proprio pour nous car nous n'avons pas de téléphone venant du canada ça serait bien de trouver un autre moyen sinon la chambre était parfaite l'endroit très calme
