Comfort Hotel Grand Central

Great location next to the main train station. Good breakfast. Some rooms are small and tight but fine for just sleeping/place to leave bags while exploring Bergen.

The rooms were very small with a very dated decor and a very long way away from reception

Very Tourist friendly as seamless connection to train city dining and airport.

It was great for our short stay in Oslo after overnight flight at the start of discovering Norway

You should warn which rooms have views and which look at a metal wall. Ours had a metal wall.

Great people at front desk. Linda was great in helping us plan our first day. The hotel location is excellent but our room was quite hard to get to once in the hotel. It required a lot of walking and two elevators. The room was downright ugly but very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding!!

Bed was uncomfortable and only had 1 pillow. No air conditioning so no way to cool the very hot room. If I had not pre-paid I would have left.

Location is an absolute must! Can pretty walk much around the area to the touristy spot. Trams are located just outside and Train station a stone walkway away from the property without getting out. Breakfast is free and a lot to choice from. What else could you ask for? My only complaint is the room location is further from the main entrance. With 2 separate elevator rides and a long walk way with luggages in tow. Other than that it was a perfect choice.

Great location! Close to lots of stuff. Since it’s right next to the train station, very convenient for travelers. The breakfast was really good, crowded and hard to maneuver at times, but good variety and quality. Room was comfy, bit small, but you get what you pay for. They had larger rooms, but we didn’t pay for it ;). I would stay again.

I could not have chosen a better hotel. It is conveniently located as part of Oslo central station. You can get to the train station without even go outside which makes going to the airport super easy. It is very close the opera house, the library and Munch museum. The tram and bus station are just outside the hotel which enable easy access to all other attractions in Oslo. The breakfast is great. Staffs are very nice. On top of that this is quietest hotel we have stayed. Typically, when your next door close the door hard, you would hear it. Not at this hotel. In our room it is super quiet. We do not hear anything outside which is nice. We would stay there again of we we visit Oslo again.

It's so convenient since the hotel has a passage to the central station.

Stayed here as it is attached to Oslo Central Station. Bottom line you get what you pay for. In our case were two single bunk beds (wire springs with thin mattress) pushed together. Otherwise very good place for the price.

Amazing staff- it’s a City-sized room- very small but comfortable and great breakfast. Definitely worth the price!

We got in late and check in was wonderful. They did tell us that people get lost all the time coming from the train station and yet they still don’t put signs up to show where the hotel is. Getting into your room was a challenge because he would take an elevator up to one floor have to walk across that floor to get another elevator to get to the level you were on. We cannot take one elevator straight to our floor with luggage. Breakfast was a disaster. Twice I had to try three coffee pots to get coffee. They continue to run out of plates food and was very crowded. Is the poor experience there the Room reminded us of a cruise ship room that we took 30 years ago when we had a very small room The light in the bathroom is motion activated and stays on for quite some time which is very annoying when you’re trying to go to sleep. Also, you have no option on temperature control.

Really strange hotel - hard to find room in the maze. Seems like more of a hostel than hotel.

This place was really wonderful. We chose one of the smaller rooms because we didn't anticipate being in the room that much. It was small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was very extensive and delicious. The staff were super kind and helpful. It is INSIDE the train station so if you're using Apple Maps, it struggles with finding it. Our only issue is it had stated that there was a laundry facility. This was NOT true. They wanted you to walk to their sister hotel to do laundry. This was very upsetting becuase we had chosen this hotel with the laundry facility in mind.
