Beautiful, well appointed ski resort hotel. Comfortable, clean quiet room. Fabulous continental breakfast. Several car chargers on site. I didn’t try the pool but it looks lovely!

Sauna. Heated pools. Relaxing beds. Great atmosphere

The facility was exquisitely designed. A wonderful stay with experienced staff and delicious meals. On my way back from Bergen I am staying with them again.

Amazing beautiful property I went there during summer although its a nice ski resort during winter but the stay was fantastic.. the restaurant is really good and the food is so delicious .. its an excellent choice if you intent to travel between Oslo and Flam stop at this hotel on your way or book it for a winter ski trip

Great Experience

Such a nice hotel, nice amenities, the pool club is fabulous and the staff is exceptional, so courteous and helpful. Had a tremendous time and highly recommend it.

Stayed here for the second year but standards have definitely changed - no chance to get a table for any dinners - told could do fondue instead but then told have to book that two days before …. Large event on whilst there and staff seemed much less interested in our stay. Bit of a shame given the great time had a year before

Stunning hotel, very comfortable rooms and social area. Lots of games on each floor for guests to use but the shuffleboard, table tennis and pool table should have a time limit as many groups would spend all evening on each, not letting others have a turn, disappointing especially for our children. Table football was broken and many of the board games had missing pieces. Shame as it’s a great idea. Room 310 is directly below the kitchen so expect to be kept awake until 2am with banging and clattering, luckily I brought ear plugs! The spa was wonderful, extra warm outdoor pool, but after just 10 minutes in the water they closed the pool due to snow and we were offered 25% refund but when it’s £100 for a family of 4 for 3 hours, who just wanted the outdoor pool this was very disappointing. The indoor pool is very small and was uncomfortably packed and noisy. Didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as was much more expensive than anywhere else in the village so we just ate out, there are plenty of options. Location in 50 paces from the front door to the sports centre ski hire shop and drag lift, ultra convenient, we loved this! Breakfast was delicious, with a large variety of options as with most Norwegian hotels. The dining area is spacious and very comfortable with great views. Staff were all very friendly, professional and accommodating.

On way back to Oslo .. ran into this wonderful hotel by accident, so to speak... absolutely amazing. Wonderfully designed, modern but traditional concept, very cool architecture that actually feels like a ski hut type of setting. Amazing breakfast and super motivated and professional staff.Note to self = definitely on list for "again".

The indoor & outdoor pool area are honestly fantastic. Breakfast was lovely & the gentleman in the ski hire area was informative, kind and friendly. The hotel truly is stunning

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff is wonderful, every portion of the hotel is clean and comfortable, the interiors are unmatched, and the breakfast buffet is incredible. I'm going to make it a priority to come back during ski season. Some of the other reviews mentioned noise, but the rooms are virtually sound proof and the music in the common areas is at an ideal volume.

Very beautiful both inside and out! Clean, customer service was fast & friendly. Breakfast has plenty of options for everyone & vegan friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

Stunning hotel, great experience, however the pool and spa don’t come with the room, which is a bad point, we were asked to pay like $150 to use them, weird

The property itself is amazing with a warm and modern feel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is that because its very new, there is still quite a lot of repair and building work going on. However we knew that when we booked. Highly recommend this place!
