Nordkapp Camping

The room was as clean & functional , kitchen well equipped. The lovely lady at reception was welcoming & informative. Location is within easy access of Nordkapp - the reason for your trip

Great place and thanks to Expedia for providing a fabulous deal ..when every other property around this location was way too expensive, this was a deal that was great!! The place was warm and welcoming... The Reception was super! Friendly and sharing abundant information that was very helpful. Overall, a super great experience!! Highly recommend!!

they have several sites away from their main camp so the address may seem confusing or even wrong. it is very important to ask them for the checking address in advance. The place was nice, however, we didn't have bedsheets nor pillowcases. Apart from that the location is stunning and you will enjoy it.

It was an ok place to stay for one night. Old facilities, but not far away from the North Cape.

Not possible to check in after 9 in the evening, that is not very flexible. Except for that, the stay was very nice and the person in the reception kind and helpful. Nice location, 30 mins to North Cape and less then 10 mins to Honningsvåg. Would like to stay here again.

It was definitely what we had expected.

The staff was very helpful , she help us when we had problem with the car.

An excellent location apart from the huge hotel next door which was not obvious from the web site photos. Our cabin luckily had a view similar to the web one but some of the other cabins would look out at the hotel. Our booking claimed we had a dishwasher in the room but there was not and when we asked we were told that only the largest cabin had one (we had a 2 bedroom one). Cabin is adequate but not as good as others we have stayed in elsewhere in Norway. There is no table to eat at - just the coffee table or the very small one with fixed benches on the balcony. This cabin is closer to camping than other cabins we have stayed at as the internal living area is small and the weather at Nordkapp is often not good we have been told. Having the reindeer coming down into the camp is wonderful and we saw them every day. There is a communal kitchen and dinning room if the 2 rings in the cabin are not enough and we were lent a big saucepan that we needed. Bedrooms could do with somewhere to put your bag/clothes as apart from some 4 hooks on the wall we had to have our bags on the floor between the 2 beds.

Overall it was a good experience stay but the room does not include linen and towel so you have to pay additional for those items or bring your own.

Had to Ind local accommodation for North Cape. Perfectly adequate and friendly.

I used this camp as a base for 2 nights whilst visiting Nordkapp. I had a room in a block rather than a cabin and this was excellent. Plenty of room, a desk, chair, shower and toilet. Spotlessly clean with plenty of hot water and heating. Shared a kitchen with others but this well kitted out and large enough not to be a chore. What was exceptional was the quality of the staff. Professional, friendly, efficient and so helpful. Thank you for making my stay so good.

Arrived at 4pm after a 5 hours drive with no one in the reception , need to wait outside for 45 mins in a rainy day. We need to make an international call (we don't have local sim card) to the owner for coming over to arrange check in procedure. bad service

Everything was great. We were met later than the hotel works (9 pm) because of bus arrival. It was a nice surprise.

Negativ: Badet til rommet, gulvet hadde helning mot dassen, og ikke mot sluken til dusjen. Måtte bruke den medfølgende nalen til å sveipe vannet ned til sluken. Positivt: Hyggelig resepsjon.
