The room was above a bar and a pizza place. It was a little loud until 10pm The balcony was nice and quiet to sit and read. The room had what we need. Walk to Palace. We used the hop-on hop-off bus, stop in front of palace.

Our stay at the Numa Topp Apartments in Oslo was excellent! The apartment is modern, well appointed, clean, quiet and centrally located. It is within walking distance to attractions such as the Vigeland Park and the Oslo Opera House. The neighborhood is fairly upscale, and near what seems to be Norway’s “Embassy Row”. Most importantly, Numa’s customer service is extremely helpful with great coverage. My wife left her watch in the apartment which was found by Numa’s clean crew (kudos to them!). Since we are unfamiliar with shipping options from Norway back to the U.S., various members of Nima’s customer service team have been working with us patiently to help arrange for the watch to be shipped back. We are very appreciative of their team’s attentiveness and care. It truly has been a five-star experience.

I love how the hotel is close to a few different public transit stops, several places to eat, have a drink, or have coffee, and shops for necessities. The room was spacious and clean and the property management was responsive and fixed the minor issue we had right away. What I didn't like is that the elevator was out of order (they did have someone available to help carry our bags but I have mobility problems), and the locks on the windows were pretty worn out. Also, people at the bar and restaurant downstairs would talk loudly and shout at night, which made sleeping difficult. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, though.

Love the location. Easy to get on public transport. Very walkable to everything. I think the best area to be in. Loved all the dining, grocery and tourist attractions nearby. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the elevator was broken the entire 9 days we were there and we had to go up 5 long flights of stairs. This was communicated to us prior to arrival so we were ok with it and made so. The unit itself was spacious and perfect for a extended stay. Great washer dryer with buttons in English, so it was easy to use. Highly recommend.

The place is comfortable and impeccable. The location is great. The cleaning staff do a great job. However, the WiFi network was down during my entire stay, and the lift was not working almost every other day. Although I was given a discount for this, this was extremely inconvenient for a business stay. The lift being down so frequently is also not good for people with disabilities.

The apartment was spartan but the bed quite comfortable, and sofa, kitchen etc fine. But it was quite stuffy and hot. The outside temperature was about 85degrees Farenheit during the day. A room fan or ceiling fan would have been helpful. The casement windows would only open a few inches. Internet cut out one night- very frustrating. Staff was responsive by text. Easy to check in and out. Lovely neighborhood.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable, l’appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier cossu. Il est facile de faire du tourisme car il est proche de plusieurs stations de tram et de bus. La literie est très confortable, autant le lit que le canapé lit. Il faut être à l’aise avec les technologies car tout se fait via une application. Seul point négatif, même si nous étions au 3e étage, la pizzeria en bas de l’immeuble était très bruyante le jeudi soir jusqu’à 23h30 car des tables sont aussi dans la cour intérieure. Nous n’avons pas eu de nuisance les autres jours.

Hotellet var ovarsamt renoverat och anpassat till hotellverksamhet i förhållande till den klassiska stilen på huset och omgivningen. Vi uppskattade närheten till bra kommunikationer fast vi oftast gick överallt. När vi stötte på en städerska som vänligt hälsade insåg jag hur mycket jag uppskattar bemannade hotell. Ett hej, ett leende. På Numa Oslo Topp var det tomt. Köket var fräscht med diskmaskin, några fler av allting hade inte skadat. Queen-size sängen hade man tryckt in i ett utrymme som inte medgav plats för nattduksbord och lampa för den som låg innerst som därmed fick klättra över sin partner. Nja, bra läge men inte mycket mer.

1. there were too much noise from the ventilator and no instructions were to turn it of. So we got minimal with sleep the first night. One of us slept in the bathroom to avoid the ventilator noise. 2. The emergency WhatsApp number didn't work. 3. The breakfast did first start at 8:00 and that were after we had to leave the hotel, so also there we did waste our money. So all in all a very bad experience.
