We thought the room was really great - excellent bed and shower, everything very clean. Enjoyed the free breakfast, as well as restaurant and bar. We did ask once for a box of tissues from the front desk and were told there was none - this would be a nice item to have on hand in case another traveler has a cold like we did. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.

We took Deluxe room and it was fully paid before we arrived. I was given a room on top of where big tourist buses parked. When I requested to change, staff said if I need a quiet room, should be booked in mountain, not in the city. The best room in the hotel given the worse location. People spoke standing right under my window till mid-night. Whole night I can hear the cars. Even it was very hot I had to keep the window close. No AC, window closes was terrible. Staff comments are very unprofessional.

The bathroom and toilet was not cleaned. There was no fan, and the room was hot as hell. Had to contact reception to get the bath cleared, which took its time and we had to keave the room for almost an hour. Been to this hotel a couple of times and have been disappointing each time sadly.

Front desk lady was not very helpful with helping us with parking options and with our fan that wasn't working in the extreme heat. Would not recommend if she is at front desk. The hotel and property otherwise was very good.

The hotel is in a great place and the staff are wonderful. A bit tricky to find the entrance since the maps take you right past it. We did not have the best view from the 2nd floor but the rest was good. We would stay here again

The room was very hot (around 30°C in the afternoon with no air movement) and the shower leaked everywhere but was overall clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice - food and environment were good but other dining options in the town are limited.

The only useful part of this hotel is close to the bus stop. Access to the hotel was obscured by the directions to enter through the parking. Arriving at night was scary with no proper lighting or staff. The simple single room at $150 didnt have any ameneties or accessories, not even a fridge or a water boiler, no sleepers (at least!) Breakfast was fair and staff was ok. I will not stay again in this hotel.
