Lovely hotel right by the oslo airport. Our only problem was a leaking toilet late at night. It was obvious that repair would require extensive work. Instead of offering we had to request a different room. I didn't want to stay in one with leaking toilet water! There was no offer to compensate, upgrade us or help us move. Then in their haste to transfer rooms they locked me out of the minibar where I had medication stored. It made what was already a nuisance especially irritating.
Only one restaurant which is expensive. Food was fine but we found better options at the airport which was surprisingly quiet and clean

Nice hotel that is walking dustance from the airport. Restaurant menu wasnt very apertising but there was plenty of places to est in the airport. I stayed 5 nights but my room was only cleaned once.

Food was awful in restaurant. Ordered burger w/ fries. Fries were cold. Ceaser salad w/chicken. Completely inedible. Lettuce was mush. Dressing obviously put on to soon , sat under lamp till chicken was ready. Gave us 25% off bill. Did not remove Caesar salad off check , when we didn’t even eat more than a bite. Offered dessert free. It was awful

The room was very comfortable and quiet. Check in took too long, and the ice machines were gone(though the signs said they were there). The bar had 3 stools- everyone else had to sit in the large chairs- comfortable, but not easy for my husband to sit in. There in only ONE restaurant in the hotel. It has an inclusive menu but not too many choices. It would be great to have another choice for dining. We wanted something light as we had to wake up at 3:30 am to get to our flight. We chose to not dine at the very busy and very expensive restaurant and rather get a sandwich from the airport.
