Great location for wirk

Hotel room was rather tatty (a bit rundown). It was also very cold and took a long time to warm up. Not great in a Norwegian winter when warmth is essential inside.

Clean, satisfactory, older property that has a lodge feel. Nice hotel overnight option in this location. Room was comfortable and adequate, bathroom was updated and immaculate. The hotel has a beautiful dining area with stunning view and good breakfast. Restaurant is closed for dinner in off-season, with limited dining options nearby. Lots of EV charging options available.

The hotel is right by the water and the room was nice with a partial view of the water and an inner courtyard. But Chromecast didn't work and I got switched to another room that had that working, but the view wasn't great. But it didn't matter much as I was just there for one night and it was in the evening when I checked in. There was no coffee/tea in the room, nor a fridge. Breakfast was good, but another cheaper place I stayed at had fresh bread, while this one had just regular grocery store bread. The staff who did the check in was helpful and moved me to another room for the Chromecast. But the staff in the morning who was helping with the breakfast wasn't that pleasant and seemed to be having a bad day.

Great location with view on the fjord and good parking. Currently rebuilding. Scrambled eggs at breakfast tasted sour, heard later the eggs used were passed the due date.

Ereas outside the room was soo nice (lobby and eating areas + views). The room was okay but a little bit annoying that they ask for double bed or two single when they only have single beds. So as a couple we slept on two single beds pushed together. Bathroom was dirty and uncomfortable. They actually had hot breakfast and it made me soo happy but the sausage was either overcooked or bad because it was soooo mosey and the other things had a weird taste, the potatoes should have been cooked a little bit more because the slices that were a little bit bigger ver not done cooking. They were very nice and came with warm oat milk when I asked and seemed nice I think they try to be flexible and help. The stay overall was okay, but when you enter the hotel you start expecting a lot and I was a little bit disappointed.

Nice aspect but generally the property reflected a hotel where the owner/manager was not at all focused on so many details that let it down

Industrial hotel. Clean, quiet, big bathroom.

Greeted upon arrival by a very pleasant front desk and within 5 minutes we were unpacking in the room. Booked a table for dinner and then went for a walk. Dinner was pleasant and once again the hotel and restaurant staff were great. Put our daughter to bed and then the room next door went out and apparently they had dogs with (pet friendly hotel) and the dogs started yapping. I tried knocking on the door, but nobody answered, so I went and complained to reception and within a very short time, they had found the guests and moved them to a distant room. Again excellent service even in a tricky situation. Breakfast was also decent, although the buffet format with Covid19 around was a bit odd. Overall this has been a pleasant stay at a clean, comfortable spot.

The glory days of this hotel are long gone, but but nothing wrong for a quick one night. Large clean room, great looking lobby with a great view. On a negative side confusion about when breakfast starts, luckily the breakfast lady served us earlier. That didnt speed our departure however, as there was confusion over our room charge (prepayed via hotels.com) but the breakfast lady who had to check us out (?) did not see it. She spoke only norsk, me using my bad swedish...

Et nydelig hotell, beliggenheten er ubeskrivelig!

Det kunne ha vært vannkoker, kaffe og te på rommet. Mener at alle hotell burde ha det på rommet.

Fantastisk beliggenhet Rolig og avslappende betjening Fin atmosfære

Middels frokost, hyggelig betjening. Slitent uteområde med dårlig renholdte bord, overfylte askebegre, pent på kaikanten, men manglende skjul for eventuell nedbør.

Personal bör ha vårdad klädsel. Stolar utslängda på gräsmattan i regn. Varför hämtar ingen in stolarna?
