Convenient location, not right in the center but we were able to walk to everything easily. Amazing breakfast - worth the cost. Very comfortable beds, loved the bathtub, no complaints about the room. Nice lobby area. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Staff was helpful in every way. Breakfast was fantastic. No air in rooms so it was a little stuffy but they have fans. The halls n lobby have air. A tiny bit noisy with the buss trams but that didn’t bother us too much as we were out early daily to explore. Would stay here again for sure.

Such a lovely hotel, decorated really nicely. Had a standard Queen, so clean and spacious, lovely bathroom. Genuinely such a good hotel and so affordable in my opinion

All are good especially the beautiful breakfast and central location. The noise of the electric buses/car were right outside the window and noisy.

Everything was great in the hotel except 2things. First, I’m not sure if the hotel or Expedia is wrong, but I searched for the hotel with A/C and it’s showing that this hotel is on the list. When I checked in, the staff said they have no A/C. They have the small fan provided. They also recommended that we can open the window. However, when you open the window, you can hear the very loud noise of the tram. That was the second I would want to complain. Very disappointed

Although my friend and I had originally booked a room to share, we decided last minute to book two separate rooms. When we arrived and requested the change, it was handled quickly and efficiently (even though I had originally booked through a third party). Stefan and Olga at the front desk were so helpful and made our stay so enjoyable and provided any information we asked for. The rooms are not air conditioned, but even during the 90+degree heat wave the rooms were not unbearably hot. But be aware that there is NO guest regulated AC. Location was excellent with a 7-11 across the street, several good restaurants close by and short walking distance to transportation and sites. I highly recommend this hotel.

No air conditioning as advertised (attendant literally said “this is Norway, no one has AC”) Gym was the size of a closet Train outside window (even on 4th floor) was non stop and loud Toilet seat was broke Shower soap dispenser fell off the wall

Good location, very nice hotel with updates rooms

Great location for exploring Oslo with good transport links. Was able to get a take away breakfast on last day as needed to leave early for flight. 24 hours reception is great too! Really great stay.

This is a super cute hotel and the staff was lovely and helpful and professional. It was hot as balls inside our hotel room and there is no central air. If temperature control is important to you, choose another hotel. The location was great, easy walk to everything. I would stay again, if I knew for certain the weather was going to cooperate.

Great location, mostly nice staff and gym is adequate. AC being down during my stay in July was a little rough.

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good as well. Very limited parking, but expected in the city center - use public transport.

Clean, quiet, air conditioning, good breakfast, nice location near the Royal Palace near a good neighborhood (St. Hanshaugen is nearby). Standard sized room provided enough room for luggage and one chair for someone to sit, along with a fridge. It was also about a 10-15 min walk from the National Theater transit location, which was convenient. Recommend!

We stayed at the hotel for four nights and found all the staff very helpful and courteous. The room was a great size. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. It was out of the center of town and was more on the quiet side, but was nicely located to access trams and busses. I would highly recommend this for a future trip.

The hotel is in a good location in that you can reach most of the sites in the city within a 10 to 15 minute walk. The breakfast is great and the staff is very helpful. I had a handicap so it was nice of the stop to upgrade me to a bigger room. Be aware if you have a handicap that there are a couple of steps you will have to navigate at the entrance of the hotel. Once you are inside the hotel, there are ramps where necessary.

We had a pleasant stay at Scandic Holberg Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only downside was that the standard rooms were quite small. However, after we requested a larger room, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a bigger room without any extra charge, which we really appreciated. Overall, the excellent service made our stay enjoyable, and we would stay here again.

Great hotel for visiting Oslo. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room.
