We absolutely loved the hotel! The Polish lady at the reception was absolutely lovely and helpful with the restaurant recommendation. We stayed in a Superior twin room and it was much bigger than we expected. The hotel is in a heart of Lillehammer so couldn’t ask for a better location. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice! Freshly made waffles are a must to try as they are absolutely delicious! Having an additional heater in a room was amazing as it was quite cold outside when we stayed. Be will definitely come back.

Make sure you reserve in the upgraded side of the hotel. The other rooms are not updated and have no A/C (we were there when it was kind of hot). New rooms are pretty good but small. Breakfast was really good and everyone employee was very friendly. A family member had a problem with an old room and they upgraded them to the new ones right away. Great location

Nice hotel. Nice Staff. Nice breakfast. Cosy lobby. Only thing is that the standard room is very small. But for a business stay with not much time spent in the room, it's no problem. Floor heating in bathroom is super comfy. All in all a very good value for the money.

Room wasn’t ready at 4.15pm. Didn’t match the description on Expedia - the image shown is simply the bar! The room was dirty when we got it over 2 hrs after check in time. There was a kettle, but no cups etc, when asked at reception was told they only provide a kettle- but nothing that goes with it! Toilet seat had been broken and fixed incorrectly so sat at an angle to the basin. The floor in the room was that dirty, had to dry feet and put shoes on immediately after showering! Staff were abrupt in mannerisms.
