Very helpful staff. A small but functional room with all you need except the television didn’t work- not a big deal.

While the room was clean it was way too small and very inconvenient for 2 people. Bathroom was also very small , water comes out when showering.

Very centrally located - 15 min. walk to City Hall harbor docks. Quiet area. Great breakfast and allows pre/post stay luggage storage. Self check-in very easy and room was ready earlier than expected. Friendly staff.

The hotel was clean. Friendly staff and the breakfast was an English breakfast with bacon, sausage, and eggs. Check out the rooms before you pay. Ours was a small room with a twin bed that supposedly fit two people. Impossible! We went down to check-in and asked for a bigger room. They said it was no problem and we changed to a bigger one with a double bed. So nice.

I originally booked the room because the reviews said it was clean and quiet, and it was also inexpensive. However, I felt uneasy with the cleanliness of the room and building. When I first walked into my room, it felt musky and grimey. I saw stains on surfaces, and the general upkeep was poor. The room also wasn't as quiet as the reviews had described. The technology in the room is also outdated, not allowing me to plug in a USB to the TV to play my own streaming services. The TV also wouldn't turn on. I decided to leave the room early and checked out the same day. The showers didn't have shampoo, conditioner, or body wash which would be the first I've seen a hotel lack those amenities. The bathroom floor felt grimey as well, deterring me from wanting to shower in it. The staff was very friendly, however, and the surrounding area is pleasant. It was also very easy to check into the room by myself. The price is also very affordable, but considering there are other hotels nearby for better quality and only a slight price difference I'd probably not revisit this one again.

Visiting Norway I was very excited, I paid for a for a double room. I wouldn’t be spending that much time in the room , but you need a decent place to rest your head. Am I right or am I right ? When I spoke to the man at the desk about my booking. He didn’t say hi, he didn’t ask anything apart from my surname. He then gave me the key. I had to ask him what floor my room was . Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe his wife had asked him to book a table for dinner and he forget or maybe he was a Ferrari fan and my Red Bull cap offended him but he wasn’t friendly in the slightest. I go up to my floor and enter my room and I nearly fainted as I saw my room 808. Lucky I held on to the door otherwise I may have fallen. The room was small. For the amount I paid, this wasn’t what I expected. Lucky I am slim, it’s all the 5k runs I do, otherwise walking in the room maybe have been a struggle. I felt like I was in HMP Wandsworth in London. I then thought I put the tv on cheer myself up, watch some news, have you heard about Israel and Iran? Yeah let’s not talk about that. Anyhow I digress. TV wasn’t switching on, I tried but it failed to switch on. Notice on wall said I could chrome cast, so I thought I would put on You Tube and play some Tupac, Changes. What a song that is?! Sorry I digress again. It didn’t work either. I was gutted. Bed was decent. When I left the lady at desk gave me a thumbs up. So not all bad I suppose.

Nice place, small room, good bathroom

Rooms are smaller than they appear. Room service (cleaning/towels) once in every 4 days. Amenities are sparse. Staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating where they can.

Super tiny. Super small. not room for much of anything and definitely budget. walkable to places which was nice. self check in was also nice.
