Nice hotel in a small town

Is good!

The property itself was beautiful. The breakfast was extremely well done. However, the sink in the bathroom was stopped up and even though I complained about it several times, nothing was done to fix it. This soap dispenser was missing from the wall, and there was the insert sitting on the counter. I brought that to the managers attention and nothing was done about it either. They did not clean the room although we stayed for two nights. I had to get new towels from the girl with a cart down the hall. After the fourth time of complaining to the person at the front desk, someone came up and made one of the beds and left the other one unmade. The bathroom was never cleaned.

Beautiful hotel with incredible breakfast! The staff were so friendly and the gym was great.

Standard Thon quality. Excellent breakfast buffet. Polite service but could be more engaging (don't just look at me, say something!). Only issue is that i couldn't lock a door-size window in my room, so you couldn't complete block out the street noises.

We ordered a king size bed, but we got twin beds. The receptionist apologized, but since we had paid via Hotels.com she were not able to compensate us (apparently a nice gesture in particular since we did not ask for any compensation). However, when I told her that we were paying at the hotel, and that only the reservation was made at Hotels.com, her tone changed and a series of excuses followed. Now, she check the hotels web page and found that the Superior rooms came with both twin beds and king size beds, so they did not promise a king size bed. If Hotels.com wrote anything else, it was their mistake. I checked Hotels.com and showed her that there were two different alternatives, twin beds or king size bed, and that we had ordered a king size bed which was confirmed. Well, her tone had definitely changed now, and she was still blaming Hotels.com. At this point, she called the hotel manager who also kept us responsible for the mistake. Finally, when my wife asked politely if she could talk to the manager, the receptionist told us that he was a busy man so that was not possible. Anyway, we just think we should get what we order and pay for, a $250 superior room with king size bed. Besides, we think the manager should give the receptionist the power to make simple things right! (Sorry, we cannot say anything about the town as we couldn't leave fast enough)

The hotel was fine, clean and tidy, satisfactory rooms & well positioned. The evening menu in the hotel is very limited, so I went to the local bar 'Kred', where the food was excellent. Breakfast was pretty good in the hotel however. Unfortunately there is very little to do in Bronnoysund, a couple of bars and a couple of places to eat, with not much else going on. Some lovely views though.

I just stayed her for one night. If you're really tired and need a good night sleep, this is the hotel to recomend. Also close to "center" of Bronnoysund. Has good walking distance to most of the things.

Fint hotel, god frokost og gode senger. Lite kjøleskap og vannkoker på rommet. Perfekt størrelse og plass til koffert og bagasje.

Very nice staff in the reception and in the restaurant.

Allt var bra förutom att det var väldigt varmt på rummet, fönstret gick ej öppna, svårt att sova.

Ein angenehmes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Standard. Ruhig, gutes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück. Dass es bei zwei Übernachtungen keinen Zimmerservice gibt, müsste zumindest mitgeteilt werden.

Elendig logistikk ved frokost. Ellers er hotellet helt gjennomsnittlig.

Dusjbatteri var lekk, og dryppet, Cromecast på Tv på rommet virket ikke. Fikk inn alle naborom, men ikke eget rom. Fikk rom med to enkeltsenger, hadde bestilt med dobbelseng.

Hyggelig mottakelse. Oppgradering. Deilige senger og sengetøy. Utmerket frokost.
