We had a really great stay at the Thon Slottsparken. Amazing location, lovely hotel and really friendly/helpful staff. We had a slight problem (which wasn't the fault of the hotel) but this was quickly resolved by Management and reception. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

The staff was incredibly helpful! We had a couple of complications with our trip -- the staff was very accommodating and understanding, helping us to solve our problems with the rest of our trip. The stay at the hotel was flawless, and even made the rest of our trip better!

A lovely clean hotel, spacious rooms. We had dressing gowns in our room which was lovely. Tea and coffee and water available all day in reception. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices. Staff were very friendly
