Hotel One Bhurban

Good room with decent facilties. Heating was good. Sheets were not clean though that was a disappointment and the floor could have been cleaned better too.

As per price, it was above expectations, front dest knew English and she arranged me airport pick up in mins.

I did not like the room at, although I paid the premium price for my room and it was smelly, soaked, dirty, dustfull and the floors were full of dead insects. Wash rooms were dirty and un cleaned. linen was dirty and full of liquids/dirt spots. Staff was not only in courteous but mannerlessly too. to the extent that I had to leave the room only after 10 hours of stay. worst hotel & worst experince.

The rooms are small but clean and well maintained. If you want a room with a View, select "Mountain View" and ask for 3rd floor. They have some rooms with this option but are in the basement so no fun!!!

The stay was ok. But there are issues with property's maintenance and upkeep.

I paid for the room with the view with additional cost. Our room did not have any view and it was blocked by another building. Fake commitment and justification from the property

A lot of Smell in room. Also no Wifi this time. They are unable to fix the Wifi of our 3 days stay. Also the Room are in bad condition along with bathroom. Hotel One should consider this property and renovated it ASAP.

Courteous staff. Management needs improvement. No wifi internet & no buffet breakfast on 2nd day. Access road needs repairing.

I think this trip was unforgetful because of excellent location and friendly staff. Had no problem in check in and rooms were well maintained and newly furnished. I would recommend strongly to plan staying at hotel one mall road murree.

I was looking for a spot for family vacation and again catch a drift of parting winter. We choose Hotel one and the only thing I had trouble with was the location. As Hotel One is a Resort which means there arent much lively things in close vacinity. There is no shop with in miles of the place. The road down is tricky but the location of this resort is BEYOND AWESOME. The views are Majestic, for lack of a better word. You can see snow laden mountains from your window which is awesome enough. I was there on a sunday and due to lack of occupancy I could not avail buffet but the food was Okay. Helpful staff and manager made my trip comfy. I was allotted whole studio for the price I paid and I got two rooms + a large enough common room with 3 Flat screen TVs and a stove, cabinet, 2 baths, water heater to keep temperature controlled. In short, it was a good choice and I only missed having my own ride. TWO THUMBS UP for the place. Advice 1. Take your own ride, dont take UBER or Taxi as it will be next to impossible to call in a cab and the hotel service is a bit expensive. 2. Take ENOUGH supplies of whatever you need e.g. Chocolates, Biscuits, water and whatever you need because there is literally NO SHOP within miles of the hotel.

The road to the hotel needs some serious repair. Hotel is good and beautiful locality far from hustle and bustle of murree city and close to Bhurban. If you book online, they tell you to pay for the breakfast(which is included in the booking). You have to tell them that it’s included. Staff is good. Would stay again.

I donot like the road of this hotel. And in the start of my trip I donot like the hotel. After meeting hotel staff and management i like this hotel. I will stay in this hotel futher.

Everything was good except for the general manager was rude. Other staff was really good and helpful . Will recommend hotel one .

I stayed one night with my family. There was no wifi , no hot water, no heating system.For face saving I was provided with an electric heater which was simply not effective. I was very disappointed. Though the staff was well behaved. Break fast was average. Won't recommened.

Loved the spectacular view from my room. Worth the money you pay for. Breakfast was nice, nothing extra ordinary. You get what you pay for .
