The Residency Hotel

Our room was older but was clean and had very good pool side view. All basic amenities were available in the room. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Gym on the property was excellent!

Great stay as always! Thank you to the staff at Residency Hotel. It’s our go to spot in Lahore for years now and will definitely be back again.

Room smells bad dirty bedsheets

A very excellent stay, great private location and safe. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. The hotel has great facilities especially for wellness which is rejuvenating. The pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi was a fantastic addition to the stay. Highly recommended if you’re are looking for a budget stay with quality, cleanliness and friendly staff.

We had a very disappointing experience. It is advertised as 4 star hotel but in no way this should be 4 star. For $70-80 per night, it isn’t a budget hotel. But every thing was low quality. I booked a premium room and was given the one that was filled with smell of cigarettes. Attendant dismissed me saying that smell will go away when you will leave the AC on. I was with a 2 year old child and this was in no way bearable. Finally they changed our room but we had to compromise on space. (No refund or adjustment was offered for downgrading). There were petty things that spoke of low service quality. Only two small towels in the bathroom. No extra toilet papers or trash bags. Had to ask for iron and iron board and it took them 30 mins to bring that over. Normally those are already in the room. They didn’t give any instructions about the amenities. Had to ask for wifi password and it was good for nothing. Didn’t work for even WhatsApp text messages. Bath tub was not clean and had black spots on tiles. Water kettle didn’t work and wasn’t replaced when we complained. For a hotel charging for every little thing, they should be doing QC before giving rooms to guests. Pool and gym were in another building which didn’t seem to be the hotel’s own building and looked like it was shared with local business because it was filled with men. We felt unsafe as the only one with kid. Even hotel didn’t have any female employee. Oh and restaurant food had hair and they didn’t even offer refund

Complimentary buffet breakfast was good

Pretty nice accommodation. Very clean facilities. Very reasonable breakfast. Secluded hence not convenient location for an evening walk.

Did not get a free shuttle bus was told we would need to pay extra.

Overall good.

Amazing staff, very clean, and breakfast was excellent. I love the gym here. I will definitely come back to stay here.

The staff was rude and prohibited my brothers to wear the national dress of the country (kameez/shalwar) which is disgusting to be in the country where you live and eating from.... not just that they made some stupid rules that you have to be shirtless around the pool area and can not go SHAME ON THE STAFF :( bad service ... never coming back ...

It was just an OK hotel but for the price it was tbh not a great place they charged extra and then saying that they have upgraded my room which was pretty small but 1 thing don't stay here since costly
