Casa Loma

This is my third time staying here and I like the hotel. The check-in didn’t go smooth this time due to the staff being unavailable for a period of time, but that will not deter me from coming back next time I visit Pedasi. The swimming pool is excellent very refreshing and very clean.

I spent two nights on the property and I enjoyed it. The facilities were good amazing swimming pool and great breakfast and the staff was very friendly. I would come back again and definitely give high recommendations for this lodging facility.

Need I little bit of updates, but is perfect the location, around the community, restaurants, the beach we love it

The property is licated in a peaceful, beautiful setting. My room was clean and well equipped, including a small fridge & lockable safe. Hotel staff were very available and helpful. Tasty hot breakfast options. Casa Loma is also within 2 miles of El Arenal beach where you can rent a local boat to take you to the Island of Iguanas.

I liked the staff, cleanliness, breakfast freshly made to order, very good. This propety needs upgrades like new matresses, bedding, no bed side table in a room. Overall was ok.

The staff were very courteous and tentative. The place was welcoming and nice to relax, nice beaches and restaurants nearby. The pool was clean.

Hello My first impression of the room they offered to us was very dissatisfied!. We went to the office to cancel the reservation and leave if they didn’t have any other room to offer. They had three more rooms available!!. I don’t understand why when we book through Expedía it showed just one room available! We booked without knowing, that room was the worst one on their facility. They changed the room for us to a better one, we paid the difference, which was not a problem for us, we just wanted a decent room. After that first not good impression, the stays at Casa Loma were satisfied. Location is good, close to the town, cleanness and staff is good too. We will stay there again but I will call first, before booking just to check which room they are offering.

The hotel is very convenient and located at waking distance from major points at end small town. Very friendly staff and very good breakfast (included)

the room was clean , pool was nice, the young man who checked me in was very nice, the resturant on the property was not open for dinner, so i drove into town and had dinner at smiley's, it was okay i don't understand why they don't have tv's in the rooms though, this doesn't work for me

Very friendly staff. Speak Spanish with them, even if you’re bad at it, at least try!! Pool area at Pedasi Sports club is great. If you’re in a small economy room (which we were) you can hang out there or at the Rancho in Casa Lomo. Kitchen in the rancho is iffy, but we bought a large wok and wooden spoon and cooked almost every night there. We bought some soap and a dish towel too, but I think we could have asked and they’d have it. We needed to buy some anyway. Depending what you’re used to, and what you expect from a hotel, maybe 5 star is a stretch, but I’m giving them 5 stars because they’re fantastic people, I expanded my Spanish, and our dog loved everyone too!!

My travels to Casa Loma was amazing. I had to travel to Pedasi due to my dog Sam a beautiful Chocolate Labrador. I had to board him when I had to fly back to the USA. He was to old to fly anymore and his health had gotten bad and the vet needed to put him down. So Sam I were able to spend a few days together at Casa Loma before the vet euthanized him. I am so grateful for my stay. The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful as well as the lady that cooked it every morning. So I will say thank you for making my last days with Sam special.

We choose the inexpensive room and got what we paid for... Wifi doesn't really reach the room (#9), bed wasn't very comfortable-mattress needs replacing... However, shower was nice and, overall, a good place for what we paid for it. Nice layout, 10ft deep pool, free breakfast, easy access to walking around Pedasi, close to mini super and gas station, worth staying!

Pet friendly, family friendly, big room.

No internet No tv Noisy a/c No hand or face towel only large towel Leaky plunger in toilet Incorrect sheets that did not fit the mattress and came off A coral snake in the room discouraged two girls from renting the room next to mine!! Unresponsive owner(yessie) I felt that she despised me and segregated me off to the back of the property away from the 5 rooms reserved for panamanians next to the pool/office/meal area I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP NIGHTMARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Staff were not friendly at check-in. I made the reservation two months in advance and for such a small business one would think that the hotel would be expecting us to arrive. The room could have been better if there was a bedside table lamp for reading and outside table and chairs. Ambiance Zero.

Clean helpfiull staff and pool. Location was good

- geen warm water in keuken - geen warm water dag 2 in douche - geen warm water aan lavabo badkamer - alle keukengerief was zeer vies en versleten - ze maken publiciteit met hun zwembad maar het was "out of order" (werken) - nul privacy want gordijnen sluiten niet - spreken enkel Spaans - goed werkende airco in slaapkamer - veel ruimte
