I really enjoy my stay

We arrived only to be told that the pool had leaked onto the floor where our room was reserved (obviously no one’s fault). They said they had no other rooms available so we would be sent to a Holiday Inn and not be reimbursed the price difference. The Holiday Inn was not nice - old, moldy, etc. We cancelled our stay after the first night and then went to the Renaissance for the remainder of our stay. The complaint with Victoria Hotel is that they could have sent me a message when they knew our reserved room had water intrusion so we could have made alternative plans.

Nice clean hotel, staffs are wonderful, breakfast is very good. Rooms are big. I would stay here again.

The service in the restaurant or kitchen was excellent. (Room service).

I loved the location and felt safe as security is constantly on the alert. Most of the staff were nice and accomadating however i believe that housekeeping could be better

Long wait for check in. When checking in they could not find my reservation. After showing a copy of the hotels.com confirmation I was upgraded to a suite which was not in great condition. Doors stuck did not open easily, curtains would not close and ripped, bed Awful should have been replaced years ago, lighting not great in the room. About 7pm I went out for dinner and I asked the clerk at reception to request a "transport for the airport" for the next morning at 5am he said he would. When I returned from dinner about 10pm I asked him again and he said he made arrangements. At 4:45am I go down to the lobby and I am told they had NO record of transport for me being made. They called a "regular taxi" which was old and beat up. I know the route to the airport and the driver started to take me a "different way", I told him to immediate take the "Corredor Sur". He started a different path and had to stop and buy gas, I had to tell him which way to go correctly. Just "in case" I had pulled out a hard thin steel pen and was ready to jab him in the neck "completely"... Always be PREPARED for eventual outcomes in Latin America. Would I stay again at this hotel in Panama ? NEVER ! Stay at the "Best Western Plus Zen" in PTY. That is a good hotel in good condition and they are efficient.

Very nice property and the staff is really nice.

Centrally located. Quiet room. The receptionist (May) was excellent. Very professional and kind. Morning breakfast was also excellent. The maintenance man was fast when i couldnt figure out the TV. Security was on point. Elevator cant be used without room key. Recommended

Good place to stay in city

Good location

I hated breakfast, food wasn’t great, plus overwhelmed chef and unbothered servers. too forever to replenish dishes that were done and to clean the tables. Donning space to small. The keys to access the rooms and elevator consistently malfunctioned.

Our stay at this property was delightful. I would recommend it especially for old years . The view of the fireworks was breathtaking. The dinner was tasteful and the surprise performance was remarkable. We experienced a peace of Panamá at this hotel

Good condition and location

Had I overnight in Panama... I wanted someplace close to multiplaza mall. Taxi was 3 balboas to the mall The staff was great, helpful and very friendly! Room was a little outdated but very clean and comfortable! Shower was hot but could use more pressure. I will probably stay again soon!!

The property was located in walking distance to food places, stores, supermarket. Plenty of taxis available constantly. First room assigned had signs of mold and a smell. Front desk was helpful in providing a new room quickly. Rooms do not match what is portrayed in photos online. The staff made it better. Adequate toiletries provided and the cleaning staff did a good job with the new room.

We wish we could review this property, however, upon our arrival, after receiving ZERO notice from wither Expedia OR Victoria, we were told that Expedia's Booking Platform had been accepting bookings while the hotel was already fully booked. We were then sent to a close hotel which was a fraction of what we booked at Victoria and neither the hotel nor this platform has agreed to issue a refund of the difference... My lesson learned at a cost - take heed.
