Nice and very comfortable hotel! Enjoy the pool and steam bath very much. Would defenitly stay there again! But it should be mentioned that the Junior Suites with River view don't have a RIVER VIEW :-(.

I really like this hotel. The staff was kind and pleasant. The hotel was in great condition. The room was comfortable and in great shape. The internet was decent, and the breakfast was very good. It's in a central location about a ten-minute walk to the beach. It was perfect for me.

First the good. The front staff is excellent. The room size is spacious. Now the not so good. Breakfast was weak. It was monotonous. Only scrambled eggs and cold cuts for real food. There was some fruit and child cereals/cookies. The fitness room is pitiful. The water temperature was hard to control. The air conditioner blew freezing in part of the room and not at all near the bed. The room safe was not secured to the cabinet. The location is a distance from everything else. But it is not a large town and Uber is cheap.. Unless you need a larger room there are better choices.

The staff & rooms were really good. The majority letdowns were the amount of mold in the showers, the indoor pool looked very dirty & outdoor pool was missing shades above the chairs

Me encanto la amabilidad y buena onda del personal. Destaco entre ellos a Julio Cesar de admisión, nos quedamos en el hotel por su buena predisposición para facilitar y solucionar inconvenientes que tuvimos al registrarnos. No me gustó el sauna que se descompuso justo cuando lo solicitamos.

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff who are helpful. Quality restaurant with great food. Breakfast plentiful with great choices on hand. Pool, sun terrace, gym small but handy. Other hotel services provided. Rooms big, modern and clean. Wi-fi no problems. Location meant it was a tad far to walk to most attractions. Plenty of cheap taxis on hand though parked at nearby casino.

Located close to the bus station and about twenty minutes' walk from the famous, Costanera beach, this is a great place to spend a couple of days. The room was generously proportioned. Breakfast included a couple of Paraguayan traditional specialities. The pool terrace is a pleasant space, although the pool itself is rather small. Staff were always willing to help, whether by arranging taxis or with detailed knowledge of local shops!

Great hotel overall. The heated indoor pool is excellent to use all year round. Indoor parking is very safe and convenient as it is closed and has the entrance and exit watched by security 24/7 and is located right below the lobby. Staff is very professional and courteous. You can tell cleaning is also a big part of their routine as the rooms and shared areas are in great shape. The superior room is really spacious and comfortable, with a very big bathroom. I recommend it for families traveling with small children or babies.
