The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Airport shuttle fee: USD 100 per person (roundtrip)
• Late check-out fee: USD 90.00 (subject to availability)

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• The national sales tax (18%) may be charged upon check-out to residents of Peru regardless of length of stay, and non-residents staying in the country for 60 consecutive days or more. Travelers who present a valid passport and Andean Migration Card (Tarjeta Andina de Migración) at check-in are exempt from this tax. Furthermore, the tax may apply per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a nontaxable guest.

Guests must transfer via boat and shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property offers transfers from the airport. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 48 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 6 AM - 9 PM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
