A very antique and simple place. Well maintained and provides good basic facilities for a simple stay. Wooden floors are a bit noisy when we walk. Provides simple necessary breakfast and the staff (family) is very considerate. Close to all famous places and great choice of dining options available just a walk way distance.

The hotel needs some updates. Shower and toilet were in bad condition. Some of the rooms have bathroom across the hall and the place is freezing in the morning. When we arrived, the owner (or staff member) gave us really horrible room right next to kitchen with no windows and so tiny that I assume it used to be a storage, and they turned it into a room. He gave us a different room upon our request, but gosh.. how can you even offer three people (2 adult and a child) to stay in the storage?

Habíamos solicitado una habitación para 4 personas, nos dividieron en 2 habitaciones pero una de ellas olía muy feo el baño, se les indicó y nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación. La otra habitación quedaba al lado de la calle y se escuchaba mucho ruido desde las 3 am. La ducha demora mucho en calentar y el chorro de agua es lento, tienen que solicitar aseo a la habitación o no lo hacen, al igual que el cambio de toallas, y revisarlas bien porque pueden estar viejas y rotas, también, bajen con tiempo a desayunar ya que solo hay una persona atendiendo preparando la comida.

Lo mejor es la atención del personal. Ellos son muy agradables y dan excelentes consejos. Fueron super atentos con mi papá y son muy flexibles. Su calidez es excepcional. La ubicación del Hostal es fantástica, 5 a 10 min a pie de la Plaza de armas.
