Bed bugs, showers worked every other day, Toilets randomly worked, pictures on Expedia were not an accurate representation of the facility. Clearly doctored to appear better than it was. At best a 1 star hotel. Everything was overpriced for what you received.

Very comfortable beds, clean. I have no complaints, poor wifi and breakfast was weak but we had no problem with it. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and nice balcony, very friendly helpful staff. There is a restaurant just beside the hotel,El Mirado, to the left if you have your back to the ocean which is worth checking out, have to walk up a hill, well worth the walk. Not a lot of stir, bring a book.

they sell themselves as a resort, when we got there, everything was under construction, they were filling up small rooms with 10 people, the bathroom didn't have a door, and they forgot to clean the room 2 of the 3 days we were there... very disappointed with the hotel.

Poor customer service, ran out of water twice while showering on the first two nights, when we called the hotel the manager who picked up said he was already home and we need to call some other number not sure why his es listed! People upfront were just rude for no reason if they don’t want to deal with customers then don’t work in that type of field, restaurant needs more staff they kept telling us to go to the bar to eat we did and when they were at full capacity we just went back up the guy told us to give the wrong room number so we don’t get a bad experience? Extremely unhappy with this place! Never again

Hotel is not a 3 star don’t expect anything. There is no safety box in the room, they offer safety room in reception which is we didn’t do that, you leave your stuff in your which is I don’t like it. No fridge in the room, room is small because of dormitory bed, Very expensive compare the service doesn’t worth it. Room are not clean, blankets are dirty even though they changed. Food is okay big portions like Peruvian style but expensive. Fiend, don’t book if you are not desperate.

This hotel is ok for a short stay. The pictures made it seem better than what it is. I think it is a bit expensive for the room. It is in a good location though with direct access to the beach. The area is isolated and quiet. Just not a fancy room, it is basic instead.

Muy bonita la estructura pero, no hay red wifi ni señal,ni señal en la tv ni cable como mencionan al inicio,no hay restaurantes cercas, el desayuno es pan con mantequilla muy básico, la limpieza masomenos vidrios del balcón sucios d manos podrían aprovechar mucho mejor la estructura del hotel q es bonita.

Para todo el publico en general, este hotel aprovecha el monopolio de la zona, tiene el mejor lugar de la playa, y por esa razon te ofrecen un servicio pesimo, el personal contratado carece de empatia y motivacion(talves sus salarios no sean justos) pero el trato se resume en : "si quieres tambien". Mal organizados desde el administrador, lo cual demoran en el check in.

Servicio de limpieza diaria a las 5 PM no cambian las sabanas las habitacines que se solicitaron no fueron las entregadas los precios de las comidas demasiado elevado no se cuenta con agua en los baños en las mañanas las fotos que estan en la pagina no concuerdan con la realidad al momento de ingresar solicite cancelar la reservación debido a las irregularidades el cual el gerente se nego todas la quejas se colocaron en el.libro de reclamaciones del hotel
