We just needed something for a short night’s stay, close-ish to the bus station. The pillows were very thin, the mattresses had vinyl covers on them, and the towels were pretty skimpy. The included breakfast was ok once we’d figured out to order at one window in the lobby, and wait for it to be delivered to the dining area. The morning front desk person was very helpful with figuring out bus companies and schedules and ordering a taxi for us, despite our poor Spanish and his poor English.

Never having been to Lima, I was kind of shooting in the dark about this reservation. We opted to use the hotel shuttle service to be picked up at the airport US25. Right away the driver made me very nervous, he didn't speak to us at all and seemed very strange. He kept scratching and moving around, he was just very off. I could tell he was making me and all of my friends nervous, being picked up and taken to the Central District at midnight. He also took a very strange route, but we did eventually get there. Much more $$ than just taking a cab for 50 soles (versus like 82), so you be the judge. Check in was easy and fine. We had 4 people in one room, so it's kind of like a dorm/hostal. It's cheap tho, so what I expected. Extra blankets in the room which were appreciated. The rooms do not have a lot of insulation, so it's noisy. Use ear plugs. The water does get very hot for shower and water pressure is nice. No shampoo or body wash. Wifi was VERY spotty and for a lot of the stay we had to go into the hallway or lobby to get on another network. Annoying. Confusing breakfast - had to go downstairs and order at the little store and then eat in the cafe - they tried to make me pay until I reminded them it was included with what I paid. The lady called the front desk to confirm that I wasn't lying. And then we had to sort out that we had 4 people, so 4 free breakfasts. Otherwise nice staff. They messed up our 1am taxi reservation to get back to airport.

The hotel was old and basic, but I believe we got what we paid for. Very close to Parque DeLa Reserva fountains, and within half hour walk of downtown. The check-in staff spoke very little English (and me, very little Spanish), but the Driver and the Everyman were brilliant. Breakfast was standard fair. There was no heating in the room but we were offered alpaca blankets. Shower was pretty much useless, either cold or no pressure whatsoever.

Stayed for a night, staff didn't seem to know about our stay and took ages trying to find our booking and had to wait for a room. Room was freezing and mouldy, shower was terrible. Building work was going on for a few hours whilst trying to nap and outside noise so loud as window couldn't be shut but worst of all was our wake up call. At 1am a woman banged on our door because she thought our shower was on which it wasn't. If she had half a brain she would have listen outside our door before being so rude. She wouldn't stop shouting at us to answer the door then stormed in then walked out without saying sorry after finding out we weren't the right room that she was after. She was by far the rudest staff member and the most unprofessional person I've ever come across. Worst experience we've had.
