Staff was very friendly and helpful! They only speak Spanish, just something to keep in mind. This is a simple hotel, nothing fancy but it’s a great location and it was clean and safe. It’s a good, affordable option for Miraflores if you’re looking for something straight forward, cheap, clean, and safe.

Room very small with low ceilings so felt very claustrophobic, nice furniture but room / fittings very shabby. No hot water in sink, shower head too low to get under. Ok location within walking distance of coast and JF Kennedy park. No facilities for obtaining a hot drink apart from at breakfast.

Reception was wonderful. They helped us with some technical difficulties with locked and lost phones, and allowed us to use a computer to locate and notify family. The service was always friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and warm. I can say that the only draw back was that my son found a couple of ants in his bed one night and that a bagged breakfast was to be provided on one morning, and it wasn't, but I chock that up to mass confusion as people were coming and going constantly on tours and early morning checkins and outs.

The best part about booking with IntiKilla is Mary, the administrator. She is an exceptionally warm and caring person, she really takes the time to consider and care for all her guests individually. We traveled there as a family with two kids, she moved us to a more appropriate room where we'd be most comfortable, helped us arrange rides, and made sure we had breakfast even if we left before hours. Her hospitality made our stay in Lima wonderful.

Small room but comfortable bed. The shower had low pressure and hot water is hit or miss (I've heard this is typical in Lima though). The breakfast was very good with bread, jam and eggs or sandwiches. The owner Mari is very sweet and insisted on packing us breakfast and lunch when we left for a tour at 6am. She even had a fresh (and delicious) cake fresh from the oven!
