Los Tambos - Boutique

Central, clean, helpful staff and provided takeaway breakfast bag due to an early checkout on our last day.

The only thing was that there was nobody at the airport upon arrival. I had requested the pick-up service.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. On days when I left early, before breakfast, a bag lunch was provided. Very nice and relaxing sitting areas were on the roof.

Location is fantastic! Love the roof top bar! Breakfast is delicious and large! Staff members are very helpful! Very comfortable beds, love the spacious shower too. We will stay here again!

Excellent location, very near the plaza. Breakfast was served well with a unique artistic style. Staff was very friendly. They even went above to help me book the Colca Canyon Tour a the very last minute for the next day. So appreciative of that. Overall, just an outstanding experience at this hotel.

Their customer service is excellent, the rooms are cozy and have everything you need, the breakfast is EXCELLENT and the breakfast staff is so accommodating, the housekeeping does a great job! The location is PERFECT! Close to everything! I really can’t say enough positive about this boutique!!! Definitely would stay here again & again!!!

We absolutely loved this lovely hotel! It was conveniently located and the staff were friendly and also accommodating. The rooms were beautifully decorated and we love the roof top lounging area. The views were breathtaking!

Location, location, location .Great hotel very close to the historic center of Arequipa. HOT Water, Comfortable beds and awesome service. Got breakfast bags ready to go for our early tours in the morning. Nice selection of tea in the lobby. So happy we chose Los Tambos Boutique. Highly recommend it. Thanks for the amazing service.

Los Tambos Boutique was quaint. We were right on the street view for two nights which also made it quite loud with all the cars honking and people noise. Comfortable bed. We were then in a more remote room for 4 nights. Smaller room but quieter. Good breakfast choices. Excellent front desk service.

It was a great stay. Excellent location comfortable room and freidly staff. We really enjoyed our stay at Los tambos.

Half a block from main plaza; the service is excellent and the breakfast was quite nice. Front desk was smiling and helpful the whole time. This is a small hotel with few amenities, but my stay was perfect in every regard. I’d stay here again with no reservations.

If I could give this hotel 6 out of 5 stars, I would. We stayed here for a total of 3 nights, split amongst a trip to Chivay and the Colca Canyon. It's so close to the main centre of Arequipa that everything was in easy reach. The incredibly friendly receptionist José welcomed us with plenty of tips and a map and we soon went to our rooms, which are spacious and with good bathroom amenities, including suncream! The shower is great, the bed is very comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast really needs a special mention because it far surpassed any of our other hotel breakfasts during our stay, including in more expensive locations. You get juice, tea or coffee, bread with jams and then choose what you want from cereal to eggs to sandwich or pancakes with quinoa in the actual batter and fruit inside. On the final day it was my Dad's birthday and I made a special request to ask if the hotel could adorn the room with birthday things that I would pay them back for so that he was surprised on entering. This was a big ask but José, Kimberly and Sally absolutely surpassed themselves. My Dad opened the door to many balloons (including on the ceiling), a big happy birthday sign and a card from the hotel. He was so happy that I'll remember it forever. They recommended a great restaurant for us to eat at that night and even offered to book a table for us. If you want a great hotel, with lovely staff, a superb location and a personal touch then I recommend this one!
