Nice hotel

The hotel is a little aged, but comfortable. It met everyone of our needs and expectations. Stayed twice in a month. I would definitely stay again.

The experience was great, however, the hotel rooms rug needs to be replaced as it smells like a different decade as is the slow elevator. The main issue I had was with booking, the original price for a night was $27 with fees but ended up being $49 by the time I reached checkout before purchasing. I did not appreciate the algorithm doing a bait and switch. I had to take a screenshot and receive a credit from Expedia. If you see a great price for the area, screenshot it before proceeding and do not leave the page.

Localizacion, muy buena, buen distrito nos sentimos seguros. Servicio :No muy satisfecha , viajamos con nuestro nino de 5 anos . Reserve una habitation jr. King con sofa cama para El Niño. Cuando entre a la habitacion, no vi las sabanas para el sofa cama, llame a recepcion y me dijeron que tenia costo adicional $20 USD . Utilizo Hotels.com por anos y a muchos destinos internacionales.JAMAS he tenido in cargo adicional por sabanas para sofa cama para mi nino.Segun la reccepcionista eso lo tenia que haber solicitado antes . Al dia siguiente despues del desayuno ( muy bueno por cierto) vi a la persona encargada de “housekeeping “ muy amable Beatriz , Ella manejo la situation hablo con la recepcionista y despues de una larga explicacion me otorgaron las sabanas sin costo adicional. Desayuno: al reservar la habitacion tome la opcion de pagar adicional por el desayuno. Eramos 3 personas . El primer dia no’s sirvieron desayuno a los 3 (2 adults y um nino de 5 anos) el segundo dia el muchacho del restaurante me dice que habia pagado por dos desayunos y no por 3 . Le digo que NO , que es incorrecto. Voy a recepcion y la muchacha me dice que efectivamnete solo habia pagado por dos. Me explica que la pagina web le dio la nota de que “adultos comoartirian desayuno con el nino “ le pedi por favor que tome foto de su pantalla que yo queria verlo asi lo hizo . Limpieza : No limpiaron la habitacion , por lo tanto tampoco el bano (Estuvimos de viernes a Domingo ) Las toallas percudida

This an older property. Some may consider it to be aged. I've stayed at places much more expensive that maybe newer, but don't offer the comfort that I found here. The Junior Suite was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was S/25 soles. Eggs, fruit, bread and coffee. Very satisfying. Can't beat this hotel for the price.

Horl clasico, un poco envejecido. Ampiss y cómodas habitaciones. El colchón un poco mas blando de lo usual

La relación precio calidad es buenísima. Está cercano a restaurantes, lugares de turismo y compras.

Very comfortable stay!

There is no air conditioning, and has not been any for an extended period. They lied about it being under repair. Place is falling apart. Linens appeared to be clean, but the rooms were not.

Central location to mayor Lima Cities, restaurant transportation shopping a walking distance Safe neighborhood only downside is the restaurant inside hotel , may need new management to diversify menu , healthy options big cut down on prices and 24/7 scheduled Hotel accommodations were great

Great place to stay in Lima, closed to a lot stores and restaurants, staffing very friendly and professional.

The refrigerator and microwave oven were old and did not work properly. Water leaks from the ceiling. The building, elevators, suites and furniture were very old and not well maintened. The customer service were exceptional.
