Romantic Vacation

Pros: room was very clean, towels smelled great, aircon, tv, and bathtub were working well; bed was really comfy. Service was decent enough. Cons only hotel i've ever stayed at that didn't have a water heater in the room. I had to wait until 7am for their cafe to open so I could ask for hot water which is really annoying if you're an early riser (i wake up around 5am) and go to sleep late (their cafe closes at 10pm). The faucet in the room detached while I was showering but maintenance was really quick to fix it. It was just really inconvenient and scary (water burst out everywhere). Also only 2 fleece-type towels (they are not very absorbent) and requesting for more like floor mats and face towels for the sink costs extra. Every move you make costs extra and restaurant was really expensive. Some of the floorboards creaked and half the time I was scared it was gonna give way, the bed's also really noisy even when you're just sleeping. I didn't get to taste the food in the restaurant or get a chance to use their wifi. For the price, you get what you pay for. Just not sure if I would like to stay again. The faucet and lack of a water heater really turned me off the place

Family vacation

TV, aircon and bathroom doors are all defective. The surrounding area is bad. I highly encourage everyone to avoid this place.

Backpacking

Given that this was not our first time here, yet the hotel still don't fail to disappoint. From the faulty tv, bad reception on channels, failing hot showers, noisy air-conditioning unit, and noisy walls (yes, it seems like mammals or some sort crawls in the walls at night). But total value for money? Not quite, because you can get a better room for the same price. If you'll be having a vacation, it a no. But if you only need a place to rest for the night, then go. Will be going back? I don't know.

Stayed at the lower floor of the hotel. room was okay. but there was some things that I found not good. there was no bath mat, found insects on my room, glass in the bath was not replaced everytime I had my room cleaned, no hot/warm shower, bidet keeps falling off.

Romantic Vacation

The staffs are very accommodating, though, the TV is not properly working and so is the hot and cold shower. i didn't like it that there were no windows but the ambiance is very nice.
