Family vacation
My family and I booked 4 rooms in total during our stay. The rooms are clean, food is good and conviniently located, near to food establishments. I would like to note though that the rooms we occupied did not had a hot and cold shower, and drainage was slow.

It was an awesome stay. The staff are great and the service is fast. Clean and tidy. Very comfy! Only suggestion is to put many varieties of food in the complimentary breakfast, like bread and butter, etc.

If I need to go to Isabela in the future, the place to stay is in 3K Hotel by Zen,the accommodations, the facilities, food great, but the best things in that particular place, is the service. Staff are amazing all, from the entrance to the exit, spa, and convenience store, securities and drivers.
All of them always smiling and treat us us a family, thank you very much, and see you soon.

Family vacation
Superb! staffs are all accommodating, buffet breakfast need to be upgraded. they don't offer bread just the typical breakfast (egg fried rice fish and banana fritters) please add some fruits and soups. rooms are big. location is at the city. lots of construction undergoing but will definitely be back again in this place hoping the pool will be done by that time. Keep it up Guys!!

Business travel
Stayed for a night in a Standard Deluxe Room. The room itself looks clean and good, like in the picture. WiFi speed is relatively good. Only con is that there's no hot shower and the bed linens do not really combat the cold temperature. Location is perfect since the hotel is located beside banks and is one tricycle away from grocery shops and food joints. Service was perfect.
