This place was perfect, it is right in the middle of everything but you could not hear any of the street noise! From the outside it is inside the entrance of a 24 hour store and honestly doesn’t look like it would be nice, but once you ride up the elevator it’s like your in a tranquil peaceful place and the girls at the front desk where awesome for anything, they also have video surveillance so they can always look back on video very easily to check anything! I will definitely stay here next time I am in Angeles! Also it comes with breakfast up stairs, only downside is no room service but it does have a small refrigerator!

It was safe, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the place is quiet and spacious! Had a very nice sleep also. No problem for food and other necessities as the sources are so nearby. Transportation is also very accessible.

Margarita Station Restaurant moved way down the street, so easy Great Food is Much more limited. The management is a bit out of touch with giving discounts unless Management Approves, so be sure to Pre Book with Orbitz.com or the likes; to get the Best Pricing ! They have cheap transport to the Local Clark Airport !!

Ita crowded outside the hotel; near market, small establishments and stuff like that. The rooms tho are surprisingly nice. Its very spacious. Our toilet was clogged but the staff attended it right away. Breakfast was ok. Sm mall is nearby. Theres a grocery right downstairs of the hotel. I dont mind staying again in this hotel.

I like this hotel and even saw a familiar face at the front desk from my stay years ago. The breakfast is good, but smallish. Couldn't get the treadmill to work, but that could be me. Still used the weights and bike. All in all a good place to stay when visiting Angeles.

on check in late on arrival i had towels missing in my room ,the waitress on the roof top breakfast area would forget my order of food ,the room cleaning always was a problem , no towels no toilet paper ,,, no brains .I ordered a bus ticket and paid for it BUT ,,,,, i was given the wrong information by two hours and could no get to my destination so i lost the room i had paid for at the other end , not happy and the staff though it was a big jock . would i stay there a gain i don't think so .

I have stayed 3 times for 2 nights at a time. Each time there was no hot water,slow,patchy wifi connection and a lot of noise from the corridor. I went back for the location but never again. The standard answer for complaining about the noise is "Sir if you book our more expensive rooms on the next floor there is no noise" So not only do they insult you for booking a less expensive room it is obvious they are not doing anything about the noise "BTW I was in a mid range roomon my last visit"

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very pleasing to the eye. Relatively clean. Room cleaning and supplies for the room was provided. The 1st morning I went to get breakfast only to find out that they do not serve any meat other than pork. So I did not get the full benefit of my free breakfast. Why cant there be turkey or chicken breakfast meat for non pork eating guests? The restaurant next door had chicken patties in their breakfast menu. I had an ant problem daily in the bathroom and kitchen. I had some fruit in a bag one day next to my tv. I left for part of the day, came back and found the bag infested with ants. If the room is treated adequately for pesticides that should not happen. Except for the ant problem, the room was very modern looking. I liked the body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Water was hot as needed. Ample towels for 2 guests. Big comforatble King bed. Lighting was nice. Nice flat screen tv. I was able to hookup my firestick so I could watch movies. The atmosphere was quiet outside of my room. I did not hear any street noise. I think the security cameras helped provide ample security. Also nobody is allowed to your room unescorted by you, unless the reception desk has been advised by you. ID is required for female guests visiting. Overall, I would return again. If no changes have been made to the breakfast menu, I will skip paying extra for breakfast. And hopefully next time no more ants
