It was not awesome actually, it was just okay. The rooms are okay. We’re happy about the connecting rooms. Thanks for accommodating us. The restaurant needs a lot of improvement. Took us 2 hours before getting our orders for dinner, and lo and behold! They were not even hot! They gave us complimentary shakes and pancit canton for recovery. I bet they received a lot of complaints that night.😣 The beach is mabato. The water was not clear. The poil is nice. The play area for kids in the pool is nice as well. They also have an indoor playroom for free.😊 so there, our stay was just a so-so.

Service is really below standards, we arrive early to check in, and they cannot serve us food...... reason they have no cook. instead they have buffet... so we decided to have one.. another problem! they will start 12 at noon so we have to wait... paying at a high rate, we are expecting a good welcome, not even a cold water is offered, front desk cannot accommodate clients, why?! they only have a 2 small tables with 2 staff... very informal!! They all need retraining and planning.... Place is not enough to serve... service is a must.

Our stay was great! Though one bad experience we had was with the room service, It was very very very slow. I already called beforehand that 3 people will be staying in the room and expecting that toiletries for 3 people (towels, slippers, bathrobe) are already ready. But upon checking into the room, there were only toiletries for 2 people. Called front-desk several times, they said that they will deliver it to our room. No toiletries arrived up until our checkout. The boys had to share bath towels because of that.

We had a pleasant 3-day stay here. Facilities are good especially for kids. Staff are very accommodating. I don't know why other people give bad rating to the food. For us, it was great although with very limited choices. But overall it was a vacation we will remember. And we plan to be back next time 😊😊😊

The hotel room design looks nice. The pool and beach gave a gorgeous view to the guests.I recommend however, to provide better food combination to enhance the palate. The keycard we got were defective and replaced two times. I hope this will be improved. I will come back again
