No F.O Staff upon check out
The F.O staffis no where to be found. We have an early check out cause we have a flight to catch. We already advised the F.O that we will be paying our balance upon check out. Now we are still stuck at the hotel waiting for the F.O staff. Someone should always stay at the front desk 24/7

Satisfying
Despite for it to be not nearby to malls and kinda hard to find it at the first place but this budget hotel is really nice and very cheap! Their services are good too. I love the ambience as well. I would love to stay here again the next time I go to Manila.

quaint and satisfying
I have been using the Adriatico for many years. The rooms are not the best nor are the toilets but I don't care. The staff are great the rooms are clean enough and the cafe is the best. I would rather stay here than any expensive alternative to be honest.

Use only as a last resort
We picked this place after seeing it listed in Lonely Planet. Im surprised it was listed in LP, because there are SO many other hotels in the area, and this one just didnt cut it. Its hard to find as the entrance is tiny - our taxi driver had to stop and ask four people where it is. But the room was the worst. Dingy doesnt accurately describe it. Paltry, maybe - and it was $60!!!! There was one overhead light, the carpets were stained and horrible, the bathroom was something from a horror scene (stains and broken tiles and rust and exposed pipes), they only gave us one threadbare towel, and the wifi was dead crap. (Wifi in Philippines in general is really poor). Couldnt connect to their wifi at all. We didnt even spend the full night there, we left after a few hours and went to a much better hotel down the street. I will say, though, that the staff were lovely and let us leave without charging us for the three hours we were in that room (which we hardly touched bc it gave us the heebie jeebies).

Dark room
Good prices, helpful (but not in 100%) staff, nice location and quite large rooms. That's the short version. We had 2 rooms, both of them were very dark. One had window to the corridor, second one to not accessible balcony hidden by some wooden construction. During the day both were dark. During night as well - there was only one led light by the door and 2 night lamps. Nothing more. You definitely need more light! Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comrotable. AC was working properly. The staff was nice. Rooms were cleaned everyday, towels changed. But they constantly forgot about 1 person and we had to ask for the third towel every time.
