Hotel is situated about a couple hundred meters off field ave. In a dark alleyway.didnt feel safe at night. Room was freshened up daily. No view.bathroom abit small and outdated. Roof top restaurant served me a toast which had green mold on it. Room was not sound proof.could hear people talking walking and closkng doors almost all night every night. Receptionist was very friendly though. Try for yourself.you might think differently.

I booked one of the best units,the "penthouse elite luxury condo",sounds great, I have stayed here in the past 3or4times in various studios and 1 bedroom units for up to 1 month at a time, as I was only staying for a few nights I thought I would treat myself,unfortunately this place is now going downhill. I definitely would not come back. I emailed the hotel a few days ahead to say I would not arrive till between 1-2 in the morning,i knew that there would only be a security guard on duty, on my arrival he didn't seem to know I was coming,he opened the condo door and left me,firstly there was no water ,I went down stairs again and managed to get him to give me a bottle, the condo at first looked impressive ,on closer inspection that was not the case! I wanted a shower it was situated in the jacuzzi bath which was very dirty,I ran both the sink and shower taps to find brown water running after 10 minutes it turned yellow !i couldn't complain at that point I would have to wait till morning,I found the patio door lock broken,a luxury but threadbare settee,dust everywhere ,so the best thing to do was go to bed,when I pulled back the top sheet to my dismay I found the bed creased up and a large yellow stain !,I just put towels over and went to sleep, I also found many lights not working, the air con stuck on a ice cold setting,the safe was situated on the floor ,in the morning I went down to reception early,they came and inspected the rooms and agreed it should not be in that condition they suggested I move so I looked at another penthouse it was clean but was not as luxurious as the previous rooms but I changed only then to find many problems again,many lights not working,the toilet not flushing,the shower leaking water over the bathroom floor, after several maintenance visits everything was sorted out over 2 days,except for the leaking shower they they cannot fix it they gave me towels to put on the floor! They had a nice little restaurant and room service before,I had a menu in the room, when I tried to order food I was informed that the restaurant was no longer in operation if I wanted anything I would have to ring a local restaurant! Also I don't know how many other units are occupied but I have not seen any other guests since I have been here. All in all this is not quite the hotel from hell but is beginning to get close to it,I would strongly recommend you go so else

Affinity Luxury Condominiums Angeles Philippines We booked as a couple with 8 months old baby this condominium as a start and end point of our trip to the province of Zambales by rental car. However, we were very disappointed. Pickup service which was entered on the reservation, has Problem solving. We took a taxi to the hotel. Start the journey Arrival at 2am: Room 301 (for 2 1/2 days). Reception was not occupied. Room we were shown by the guards. The lighting has first works sporadically. The security service is, however, managed to run to bring it. In the room itself, only the floor was mopped. All a bit is not directly visible places were dirty without end (for example, corners of rooms, ceiling, content of decorative jars full of cobwebs and cigarette butts / -Asche). The hobs kitchenette were pretty burned. Here has not been cleaned in any case the cleaning staff. Reception: Busy from approximately 8:30 am. Always friendly. This does not mean that you were competent. They were mostly just empty words (although polite but meaningless). Booking a massage did not work on the first day. Only after repeated inquiries it then works on the second day. It was striking that had to be made to pay the massage at the reception. At first I thought that this is the staff a support (for safety). The next day we had even booked a massage and pedicure / manicure. So when my wife came with the masseuse this week and this has addressed the behavior of the front desk, it has been found that they have to deliver half the salary at the reception). -------------- After this experience, we wanted to book for the end of the journey to another hotel. Since we would not get a refund but cancellation of the last few days, we decided on the way back this hotel to use force. -------------- End of the journey: arrival at 14:00, room 305 (for 2 nights), booked for 4 people (us + in-laws) + 2 1/2 nights 2 persons. Reception has the maid given the key to show us our room. Limited, which had the reception not yet returned my ID card, I had to wait a little to the front desk. However, the maid did not wait for us She jumped easily to the room without waiting for the guest. Result: I had to run back to ask for the room number and search the room itself where it has been waiting for then the maid to us (something is I honestly never happened) to the reception. After checking the room, it was found that is not a second bedroom available. Manager said that I only booked a room with a bedroom (but which should be good for 4 persons). All right then. Sofa mattress was worried from housekeeping. Since it became only the question of where the mattress. The umpteenth a free place was in front of the toilet (to run but at night about my sleeping parents to get to the toilet (no way)) OK. Coffee table moved (it turned out that this defect is). Mattress placed in front of the sofa. (So ​​good for 4 people was not room 305, in this regard would be room 301 have been better). Laundry: on the penultimate day, we have yet our clothes in the Laundry at reception. After repeated inquiries turns out that you probably had trouble with the laundry. But instead of solving the problem itself and to choose Laundry, until my wife had the front desk tell you what to do this !! Conclusion: Very friendly staff (but unable). Only the security staff seem to perform its task properly (we felt very safe).

Got there early Staff so helpful Average looking from front close to bars.Great value for money would recommend it all day long.short walk to town but always tricycles that want next to nothing.Loads of room real big for price in short love the place x

Worse place to stay in Angeles City
This has been the worse experience ever! I rented unit 209 for a two month stay and have been regretting it ever since. When we arrived we found the air conditioning units in both bed rooms not working. Notified the front desk and they called a company to come check them out. Once they arrived the techs had to remove all 3 units take them outside and clean them. The techs told me there was so much dirt in the units that the fans were not able to blow properly and have not been serviced for over a year. Two weeks later I still continue to have problems with one those units. Since arriving I have had maintenance to the room on at least 10 separate occasions to repair or replace broken stuff (way too many to list). The manager/owner “Jean” is the most incompetent person I have ever met. She does not try and help resolve any issues you may have just gets angry and tries to talk over you. If you are looking for a place to stay long term please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost for it is much overpriced and poorly managed. I would suggest looking at the Kandi Reality locations very well maintained with a very professional staff.
