Basic Hotel
We went to Pagudpud without hotel reservations. We we're planning to take chances at Hannah's but unfortunately, it was fully booked at that time so we stroll along the area to check other accommodations. We booked Agua Seda because (1) rooms are at a reasonable price; and (2) it's room is clean albeit small. But since we only need a room to sleep in and take a bath, so we booked it in. It's not a resort, more like an inn probably? They also cook food on their menu. The place is beachfront, so you can enjoy and relax on your stay. Other activities on the area is food tripping, while we hire a local to tour us around Pagudpud.

If your not picky you can stay here..
We had an overnight in agua seda, if your not picky and just wanted a room to stay for a night and shower you can survive here. Our room is in front of the beach which make it very accessible to the stores and shoreline. The room is decent except that shower is disfunctional, aircon doesnt reach the proper temperature, flush system is crazy it pushes the water upwards and then drains.. bathroom is quite old and moldy. The bedroom area has plenty of mosquito like insects flying inside. We ask for an extra towel instead we are given a bath mat. Over all our stay was just ok, they could improve more on their rooms..

Just Right for a Nice Vacation
My family and friends had an overnight stay in this resort . My sister called the number provided in a website. The owner was accommodating and immediately reserved us for 2 family rooms. When inquired on reservation fee, the owner whom my sister called "Tita" just told my sister to pay at the resort upon arrival. When we arrived, it was found out that there was a mistake in the reservation, Ms KC however was accommodating and settled the issue. She gave us 3 bedrooms instead.. We stayed at the front rooms fronting the seaside. The resort has nice view of the sea and looks dignified enough. It is located just beside the Hannah's resort. They don't have a restaurant, but you can ask them to cook for you. The staff treated us nicely. and we are at home during our stay

Enjoying beach at Agua Seda
The room is great except for the shower which is not working. It was an air-conditioned room with extra mattress. The staff was accommodating but they were nowhere in sight after dinner. Thanks for the free hot water for our breakfast needs. Their restaurant was closed, the owner was campaigning that time. Clean place and brach front. Provided a free cottage for convenience.

Our Experience Here in 2011
We went there last 2011, it was quite a rainy, the owner is very nice and she is very accommodating, she is very warm towards here customers, the rooms we got are 2 rooms, each has its own cr inside both are clean, but the downside is there is somewhat a leak on the roof on the other room, but they had fixed it right away and find solution. They have a cable and wifi but in the dining area. The view from the hotel is very nice since the beach is right in front of you. In the morning there are fishermen selling their fresh catch from the fish, and we bought from them and the hotel staffs cooked it for us with a very minimal fee, the food they also serve is very sumptuous. I can say that the food and their customer service is beyond of what we expected.
