Worst Experience Ever
My boyfriend and I stayed here January 2015 because of the three good reviews here on TripAdvisor; the room rates were cheap and it's located inside Camp John Hay (CJH). But after we made our booking, we started to feel like we didn't make the right decision. Communication: I had my long distance service activated just so I can contact them directly to confirm my booking but it was so hard to connect to their landline number. Tip: call their Makati office and get the Hotel Manager's number. It will make things easier. Hotel: The pictures here look nice. We didn't expect it to be luxurious because of the affordable rates, but we also didn't expect it to be so outdated and scary. The rooms are not well-maintained. The lobby was okay but the rooms? Oh goodness. It's like being in a horror movie. The rooms were not well-lit. The shower wasn't functioning well. It was so difficult to get the right temp. With just a touch, the water can easily go from freezing cold to scalding hot. Water pressure was also weak. TV cable channels were limited and we can't even watch Ch. 7 because of the poor reception. Hair dryer was limited. We have to wait for other customers to finish so we can borrow. Staff: Not very friendly. Or at least they were nice to their repeat customers, as we've observed. I understand that they were OJTs, but isn't that why they were there? To be trained to become excellent in hotel management and customer service? They kept on raising their eyebrows if we approach them to ask for something. They should realize that people request and complain a lot because nothing functions well. This other girl also talks in another dialect everytime we approach her. How rude?! We endured the 4 days and 3 nights that we were there because it was in CJH. You will only truly experience Baguio if you stay in John Hay because of the tall trees and cool weather and it being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We're also out most of the time. We only go back to sleep. I will never go back to this place again and to all of you, spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Wonderful Stay
I loved our stay at igorot lodge. The place is quiet and away from the busy city of Baguio. I love the morning view since you it is surrounded by Pine Trees. For the price i got, i would recommend this place for the budget travellers. And mind you, it's inside Camp John hay. Starbucks is just beside it. Mile Hi and Choco-late de Batirol is walking distance.

Relaxing lodging ambience
The Company where i belong AIMed for a business with pleasure trip. Baguio will always be one of the top choices. The management chose AIM for the 2day Conference and it gave us a relaxing lodging ambience. It was like being sheltered into the woods, inside the Camp John Hay. The cool breeze emanating from our room windows is perfect, it has Cable TV and hot water. I prefered to be on the room most of the time, during breaks, lazing around. It has spacious balcony with seats and a WIFI zone. It has a fireplace at the main Lobby. The food being served was not the exceptional ones. The place is a good jogging site, with the greeneries around and there are coffee shops nearby. The price for accomodation is cheap but do not accept more amenities, just enjoy the nature around.

Peaceful and relaxing holiday
I booked this hotel from Agoda for two nights for a slow and peaceful weekend, and boy it did surpass my expectations. I didn't want a fancy hotel so this seemed like a good option for PHP 2000 a night. The property is tucked away in Camp John Hay ambushed by the thick trees over a hill. It's a simple hotel with basic amenities such as hot water, tv and free internet (yes, free wi-fi) in all rooms. The hotel is next to a quaint little Starbucks which provided my daily fix of morning coffee. Getting a cab to go to the market or the city maybe a problem since the hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere, but worry no more since the hotel staff can call for a cab for you. It was a perfect little vacation, couldn't have asked for more.
