Worth what you pay for. Near the beach

This place is good for people on a budget like us. Our only problem during our stay is the restroom lock is defective. Overall, this place is good enough and I recommend this for people who wants to save money and time.

The room is great as it is near the beach. However, it seemed a little bit hot throughout the day. I hope they change the ceiling fan to stand fan. Still, it's a great price.

good location, beach front and near the tricycle terminal, good water supply, they also serve food (and cheaper than any other resto), downside: there's a lot of mosquitoes

The water in the shower was salty. The tables and bed are filled with termites. Location though was ok since its in the center of Alona Beach

well located and cheap
you pay what you got. It's very well situated and in front of the beach, despite it's not very nice as you expect. the only problem is that is very hot inside the room despite you have a fan. comfortable bed and quite clean the room.

Needs massive renovation
Pros - it's the only affordable beachfront hotel in Alona, Panglao but the resort needs massive renovation - especially with their fan rooms. I stayed here for 2 nights during May 2017 (summer season) where the weather would be around 29-32 deg but it feels 37 deg inside the room even with the fan on. I can't open the windows (not sure why) but I never bothered too much as I'm worried about the mosquitoes anyway. Pillow/Bedsheet/Blanket looked like they haven't been changed in ages. And the toilet and bath weren't clean too as some of the stuff of the previous guest are still there. Staff are not accommodating when you have general questions about tours and places to go.

You get what you pay for. (Hot Fan Room)
Just my suggestion for a renovation. Please change the windows of the budget room to a Jalousie type. Imagine this, you about to sleep the door and windows are close for security and using only fan, the room becomes hot late night because there is no fresh air coming in. The windows your using is for an Air-con type room that need to be fully close. But I still suggest this hotel for being a beach front, budget room and food price.

Avoid if you can!
To be clear this is budget accommodation, however when we were there it was peak season & we had not booked anything so were literally left with no other options!
For what you pay you do not even get the basics, the rooms are old & not particularly comfortable or clean.
We asked if they had beach towels or if we could take our room towels to the beach which they told us we could, but then when we asked for fresh towels (that were not sandy) they had said they ran out so they gave us bed sheets to use!
To get your rooms cleaned or even tidied ie sweep out the sand & take out the rubbish is too big of a task & this was only done when we asked twice! To be clear they were not understaffed & often had staff just standing around the common area watching videos on their phones.
The food isnt good either!
