My accommodation here was good. Very near to SM City Iloilo and Megaworld. The rooms were always clean. Staff were all courteous, approachable and accommodating.

Had a great stay. The deal even got greater because of p250 voucher from Traveloka. As usual and always, Seda Hotels are top notch accommodation. Staffs are accommodating Their Breakfast has many choices. Staff serve with smile. Lobby is wide. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. They provide extra toiletries. Overall its a nice stay. room was cold asked for a thick blanket but was told there was a charge. shower had a slimy floor and one should be on the wall so not to slide. breakfast was horrible, canned sardines!

Every penny you spend for this hotel is totally worth it. The room we had is large, well-lighted, and has a good view of the city proper. You can see that the management values cleanliness as evident on the hallways, elevator, and the room. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located quite near the major shopping mall(s) in the city and is accessible via local transportation.

There were cockroaches in the CR. No glass divider between the toilet and shower. No shower heater.
