We enjoyed our stay. The room has elegant Japanese-inspired interior and has an awesome panoramic view of the City of Dreams pools and the Promenade. We also love the reflection of the sky on the golden facade of the buildings.

I ask one in the front desk and one of the utility to bring the remote control of aircon because the room is totally hot the aircon itself is not working properly until the next day when I checked out I didn't receive any remote control in the room and I sleep sweating in bed cause its so hot plus the cr it has small cockroaches 🙄.

The hotel was like 1.2 km from the Rivermaya concert so we had a nice stroll going to the concert which made our experience hassle free. The room was equipped. Good thing there was a convenience store next door as I wasn't aware that there was no shampoo included in the room.

The hotel is very nice and the crew are very nice to us, they always help us carry our luggages. They were always smiling. And the location is very good. So far this is the best room I've ever stayed so cheap and nice. Location is good too. Too bad we didn't try their food becoz we are always in hurry to go out.

Room is spacious and of good quality and maintainence. Good to refill minibar always. However they still have the rule of no outside food. Pandemic is over, and should be considered to be removed. Choice of food at COD not as much but nearby mall has many more choices.

I stayed in this hotel for a leisure time after work and the room was as expected. Check-in was smooth and staffs were hospitable. But the view was unfortunate tho, we got a view of the container port.

Aseana City is the new up and coming entertainment hub in Manila. Located next to Manila Bay, this place is blinding with the lights of high-end hotels and casinos that will make your night memorable. Each one certainly has a lot of different shows and events that will captivate you.

How to Get There

Aseana City is easily reachable if you’re flying in from the airport. More often than not, if you choose to stay here, shuttle services will be available to pick you up. If not, ride-share services can be taken from the airport to wherever you want to be.

Cabs are also lined up at the airport right when you exit so it’s pretty convenient to get to and from. Taking a car certainly is the most recommended way to get there to avoid the trouble of commuting especially since it can be confusing in Manila.

Getting Around

Aseana City was built on the grounds of making it accessible. To get to and from certain areas, you may need to take a car because of how big it is. Shuttle services also go around that will ferry you around the place. However, if it’s just nearby, walking around won’t be difficult at all.

Top Things to Do and See

Aseana City is known more for entertainment and the like. Fairly new, it’s been around for only a couple of years and it was built under the context of making a new entertainment hub in the Philippines. When you get here, a series of hotel-casinos will greet you. Among this would be the likes of City of Dreams, Resorts World, and Okada. The thing is, it goes without saying that when you’re here, you must certainly go to the casinos. These are so big that it rivals those located abroad like Macau and Las Vegas. A wide array of shopping awaits you as well and they’re most definitely luxury items.

Okada Manila

Each hotel casino features attractions too. When you’re in Okada, you’ll find an expansive fountain that’s as big as 50 Olympic pools combined. Every night it has a fountain show that rivals that of the Bellagio and the Burj Khalifa.

For families, DreamPlay is located in the City of Dreams. It has state of the art interactive activities for families and children. Before heading here, make sure you also keep tabs on the upcoming shows. They often host musical acts from abroad.

Mall of Asia Pasay

Just a couple of blocks away is the biggest mall in Asia, called SM Mall of Asia. You can find a lot of things to do here and it would certainly take up most of your day. You can go shopping and eat here, but there are also interactive museums like the Discovery Centre that you can go to and take your family.

Just a short distance away is the Ferris wheel and a couple of rides you can take to enjoy an exciting night out with family. The Explorium is also another one close but it focuses more on science.

Where to Eat

Dining in Aseana City varies from luxury to affordable. Among the notable restaurants, you can find here is Nobu. Known for its fusion of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine. Other commendable restaurants are located all over the vicinity like Mazendo in S Maison that’s adjacent to Conrad Manila, Ashark Club in Mall of Asia, and Dragon Bar in Solaire Resort and Casino.

Walking around you’ll also find a variety of restaurants that specialize in Filipino, Korean, and Japanese cuisines. Most places outside of the hotel restaurants are a lot more affordable than the others.

Nightlife

The nightlife in Aseana City has turned up a notch compared to a lot of clubs in Manila. Most recently, Cove in Okada has turned heads because it’s a total game-changer. It’s the first-ever indoor beach club. It’s so expansive with a climate-controlled dome to assure absolute comfort. The nightclub is also huge with hypnotic lights to dance the night away. They often host local and international DJs to perform.

Pangaea is a quieter option that is more known for its cocktails. If you want great mixes and a place to chat, this is where you should go.

Where to Stay

Finding a place to stay in Aseana City isn’t hard to do. If you want to be near casinos then you’ll find a lot of options there like Solaire and Okada. Your choice would depend on what amenities or events you want nearby. Conrad Manila is also another good option and this is where you can stay if you want to be near a mall.
