Personalized hotel feel with big hotel amenities
The rooms were very clean, the decor is very inviting with comfortable bedding. Breakfast was included with our room and there was variety and tasted good. We also went diving for 1 day(3 dives total) at Apo Island, which you can see from the hotel. The dive masters and the dive shop were top notch - very organized, professional and courteous. All the hotel staff were very attentive and really went out of their to make our stay pleasurable - we felt like part of a community. If I had to to pick on something, I was hoping for more sandy beach, but the pool more than made up for it.

Loved my time there - wonderful people!
We spent three nights at Azure, and enjoyed every minute! We came to snorkel and relax, though I am sure the diving is absolutely incredible there as well. The owners, Catherine and Glenn, were so kind and impressively present at the property - you can tell that they care deeply about what they do, and add a very special personal touch to your stay. I don't mean in an intrusive way at all - I mean they work there just like their staff, and were available to answer questions make us feel welcome whenever we saw them in common areas. The food is AMAZING - some of the best we enjoyed on the island. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great too! I highly recommend dining there as well. We were able to arrange for some local tours through the resort with guides that were extremely awesome. Most notably a snorkeling excursion to Apo Island and a hike to Casaroro Falls, which, if you are physically able (it is a little challenging/not for the very young or old), are both just breathtakingly incredible experiences. The resort is a little off the beaten path, so I recommend hiring a car to/from the ferry or airport, which you can arrange directly with the front desk ahead of time. It feels very safe and very chill/low key at the property itself, which I really appreciated. If you dive, this resort is 100% the place to be in Dumaguete/Dauin. Glenn had owned a dive shop for 15 years before opening the resort with his wife a few years ago, and he and his staff really seem to know their stuff! If you are not a diver, you can expect an amazingly beautiful, tranquil and enjoyable stay at a boutique resort that provides a comfortable and 'distinctly Filipino' experience.

Very nice resort to stay and dive!
Beautiful and comfy resort, with nice staff and management. Room was very new looking, with nice restaurant. Food was good and the view from the restaurant is amazing, overlooking the ocean. Diving in Dauin is of course very well known. Recommended!

Great diving, fantastic dive master and a couple of challenges
As usual, I'll start with the constructive feedback and end with the super positive commentary. Well, the resort's name indicates its a yoga place so we choose it so the significant other, who is into yoga, could do something while I dove. The resort is not really a yoga resort, they didn't even have yoga mats and no instructor. They have a little green grassy area that you can do yoga in but bring your own supplies. When diving, my fins were accidentally taken out by the dive masters with other divers. I left the resort without them but they were sent to me within days by the owner who personally texted with me, apologized, and cared for their return. Luckily I live in the Philippines or this would have been much more of an issue. Now for the great things about this resort! 1. location, location, location. Apo island, for divers, is 20-45 mins away (depending upon which boat you are in). 2. Dive staff. I went out one day with a dive master and boat guy. We saw the largest sea turtle ever...the size of the hood of a VW bug. awesome. Dive staff know exactly where to take you. 3. Food is great too! kudos to the cook, beef salpicao and chicken were flavorful! 4. Owner is on site and social. Nice to have around! 5. Their is a little store walking distance away...5 minutes. It closes early (7ish?) but has all the basic supplies you need for your room. take advantage! 6. Dive rental rates for equipment are low! only real expense are the boats...ask but I don't believe you will find much cheaper at a reputable resort. overall, great place and I would certainly go back for the diving and ambience.

Enjoyed our stay
The resort is very cute, rustic and comfortable. We were a big group staying there before NYE and we had a blast. Rooms are basic but clean, the restaurant has great home cooked filipino food, staff were extremely friendly and activities good despite weather.
