I booked at around 10:40pm and was there around 11pm. The gate was closed but upon hearing our arrival, the guard immediately opened the gate and the front desk staff on duty met me upfront then asked for my room reservation. The staff were very accommodating despite the last minute booking. Upon check out, I found out that they are on holiday break but still accepted my booking. The room is clean, well-prepared, nice and very comfortable.

Family vacation
Room was dirty with a huge mold stain on ceiling. There for 14 days and no room service whatsoever. Had to go to reception and request that they empty garbage bin and clean room. -- They seem far more interested in doing functions and the restaurant than guests in the hotel. -- A pity as I've stayed here several times in the past and it was good. Will never return now.

Great food. Friendly staff and restaurant crew. Bathroom very dirty and mix of hot and cold water unpredictable. Either you shower with really hot or cold water.

Balai Gloria Hotel is a nature and wellness resort located in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. This hotel resort property is a favorite among nature lovers because of its facilities and gardens that evoke a relaxing atmosphere despite its location in the city center.
The accommodations are private cottages that are air-conditioned and styled with wooden furnishings and capiz trimmings. The cottages are furnished with comfortable beds with fresh linens, television with cable and satellite channels, and free WiFi internet access. The cottages each have an en suite bathroom fitted with shower that has hot and cold settings. Free toiletries are also provided.
This hotel offers facilities to satisfy even the most discerning guest. Services include a 24-hour front desk, safety deposit boxes, 24-hour room service, and free WiFi internet access in all rooms. The front desk can also assist guests with their itineraries and provide information about touring points of interest in Solano. There is free parking, although guests can also arrange shuttle transport as well.
