It was perfect! Our booking wasn't planned at all but was all worth it specially for people like me who likes to rest and chill to a nice and not so crowded place. The room is good, I loved it, actually. unique interior. The swimming pool is clean. They also offer foods and great tasting coffee frappe that is not expensive which I really love about the place. The people there are great too! Good service. All in all, I loved it!
It's such a great staycation with this hotel .. great!
Staff are so nice very accommodating, clean and super romantic place. Best experience for our 1st bonding with my boyfriend
We brought in food, we were surprised that they'd charge us for corkage. We are used to bring in food in hotels, that's why it was quite sad for us that we were talked about the additional payment. On the light side, it's a great place for a short vacation that's not too far from the city center.
Everything was just fine except for two things. You have to pay for toothbrush and toothpaste. The comfort room is not closed.

Best choice in Davao
I have been staying here for more than 3 times in which each trip will span around a week or 2. Compared to other hotels in Davao, Be-ing Suite is more of a place with homey feel. For all of my stays, the staffs are friendly and helpful as always. Location wise, it is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city (It is pretty secure because it within the Guadalupe village where it is gated and guarded). Food in the in-house cafe is good with generous portion. During my last visit, I notice the place is repainted with renovation to some parts of the room. As what I know, the place is owned (or rather co-owned) by a Japanese. I guess that is one of the reason why the upkeep and cleanliness is good? However, despite all the positive, few things you should know if you decide to stay here: - All the roosters could be annoying sometimes. They have problem looking the clock. Sometimes they just crow anytime they want. - It's true that the food in fridge is not replenished. In fact, none of the room I stayed so far have the same varieties of snacks / food. - You need to walk at least 5 mins (passed by the guard house along the way) to reach the main road right across the Phoenix petrol station. Well, none of things above is my concern. Either I don't bother or just get used to it after some time. To make it short, I love the place. Will definitely come here if I ever need to travel to Davao.

Not impressed
I booked this room cause of all the good reviews. Everything seemed good when we checked. After the first night we didn't leave the hotel till 930 and I put the make up the room sign on the door and when we returned around 6 that night nothing had been done to the room. Bed was a mess towels wasn't changed mini fridge wasn't restocked with water or anything. We told the front desk and they sent someone up to clean and there excuse was oh we thought you was still sleeping. The second day was a little better except for when they replaced our towels they didn't give us any face towels so once again we had to go down to the front desk yet again.(we tried to call but no one answered but yet when we go down someone is there) The third was we come back all hot and sweaty and just want a shower and all our towels are gone and nothing replaced (we even just had the towels hung up cause we would of used them again cause of all the problems so far) once again they had excuses tell us that the send the laundry out and that it was that's company's fault for whatever reason. Mini fridge still had not been restocked since we arrived. Once again we hand to go down to the front desk. The forth day we come back from another long day and just want to relax and once again the room wasn't even touched. We didn't give them a chance to give us excuses. We just packed up our stuff and checked out early. All the front desk said was sorry. They didn't offer a refund for the 1 night remaining in our stay or nothing but made sure they charged us for every thing that we took out of the mini fridge. Beside all of that hope you enjoy being woke up around 3-4am every morning because right across the road someone has 10+ fighting roosters.

Very nice, modern villa style
Nice place, modern recent construction. Well thought out plan. Good swimming pool, nice staff. Even though a closed community, not a a place to walk around since a large Taxi company has a yard and garage next door with a variety of characters about. Rent a a car or Grab a Car/Taxi.

An escape from the bustle
This apartelle is very well provisioned and comfortable. Everything is clean, modern and convenient to use. The grounds feature a beautiful pool and sitting area. The restaurant serves a nice breakfast, and the staff are all exceedingly kind and helpful. Great value for money. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff
Very friendly and helpful staff, which is rare since I came to the Philippines a month ago. Some hotels I stayed the smiles were fake or paid, some did not smile at all. Rooms are nice, good airconditioning, fast and steady WiFi, spacy, but not really practical for example: light switches and powerplugs are not in reach of the bed. Too bad the window curtains couldn't cover the light from the hallway entirely, so it's not dark when you try to sleep. Noise from outside was a bit annoying too, barking dogs and roosters from across the street (they have a farm for bird fights) doesn't really helps when you try to sleep. Bathroom was not clean, dust on the shelfs, shower nozzle was dirty for the entire stay and there were still toothbrushes from the previous users laying in the shower. I mentioned this right away at the front office but no action was taken. Nice pool. One thing that makes it really memorable was the restaurant, the best Sisig I ever tasted!
