Only guests who are 18 to 65 years old are allowed. Guests with comorbidities or who are currently pregnant are not allowed. It is also not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guest must present a negative RT-PCR result taken within 48hours/2 days prior to arrival or negative antigen result taken 48hours/2 days prior to arrival. It is also necessary to contact the hotel for additional pre-arrival requirements and visit http://www.tagaytay.gov.ph/ or https://web.facebook.com/tagaytaytourism/about, otherwise, the booking may be canceled. 2.Guests are required to present relevant documentation such as a vaccination certificate and ID to the hotel. If the related documentation cannot be provided, your booking may be canceled. Please contact the hotel for more information. 3. As part of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions, the property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identification, travel itinerary, and other relevant information. Please contact the property for more details. 4. Guests must provide a valid form of government-regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. 5. Considering the Coronavirus (COVID-19) circumstances, we request that you check travel restrictions and relevant travel advisories before booking and traveling. 6. The property requires a refundable security deposit for charges or damages during the stay. The amount depends on the length of stay and/or size of the room booked. All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 9. The property does not allow joiners or visitors. Swimming pools, gyms, and hotel indoor and outdoor facilities may not be available. Restaurants are open to guests who have been fully vaccinated. Al fresco dining can operate at 30% occupancy, while indoor dining can operate at 20%.
