Big spacious room and clean. Breakfast is good being serve in a balcony in front of your room. Very helpful staff. There was a fire in the building in front of the hotel when we were there and the staff are calm and efficient about telling guest to be prepared just in case there is evacuation.

The room is small but clean. There's construction going on & should have separate entrance to the hotel but staff especially Bim Bim was very helpful. She's very quick to respond to our needs & that made our stay a pleasant one. Thank u!

The property has a total of 17 rooms, which are divided into four different types: the Deluxe Double Room, the Deluxe Triple Room, the Deluxe Quadruple Room, and the Family Room. Rooms are sized between 26 to 40 square meters, All room types come fully equipped with an air conditioning unit, ceiling fans, a flat-screen television with cable channels, a clothes rack, a safety deposit box, a work desk, and a seating area. The en suite bathroom comes with a bidet, a hot and cold shower, and a full set of toiletries. A hairdryer can be provided upon request. Certain rooms feature private balconies with garden views. Room service and limited housekeeping are available. WiFi is accessible in all rooms and public areas throughout the property and comess free of charge.

Good location. Good breakfast. Coffee is always available complimentary. 🙁 Looks like an old building under construction 🤔 We booked for 2 nights but, on the second day we asked for new towel and was refused. We were told only 1towel every 2 days and no make up room available on your second day of stay etc 😕 That guy/gay rolled his eyes when I kindly asked for new towel. Staff are way too loud chatting, laughing. They don't bother if there's a guest around😕

The hotel is good. But some rooms have problems on cellphone signal... The only way to comunicate is through online wich is sometimes the connection is poor. You have to go outside just to have a good signal.

Tho the mansion is quite old already, for me this is still a good deal plus the owners are helpful. It's only a few minutes walk from the island hoping port. Fast wifi also and reasonable food options

We book on the hotel for 3 nights however we decided to stay only for 1 night since the weather in elnido is bad and the hotel itself is stressful during our stay. The hotel is flooded, there are some works all around the hotel. the electricity is on and off also the water is color yellow, there is a hot shower and it’s not working. we also reported our room as we’ve seen snake beside the aircon. When someone has check it. It’s seems like they don’t believe us. Staff also are not accommodating. We payed for 3 nights on the max of 2 guest since we are three they are costing us for an extra charge but then since we clarify on the night that we have arrived they said that it is okay to have an extra person with no cost. Since breakfast is included we payed for the extra person. But the food is not worth it at all. The only good thing is that they have a free coffee. But then there is no water provided to us. Instead of staying here for 3 nights we just donate our 2 nights left.

The place was clean, despite having construction happening inside the hotel's vicinity. However, there was some bad smell coming from the back.
