Overall the experience is Average. The room condition is unsatisfactory , there are stains on the wall and the bed quality is poor, refurbishment is definitely needed. No WiFi provided in room is another set back. Some of the hotel staff couldn't not understand English well.

This place is awesome!
The food at the hotel was outstanding! We had enough gastronomic treat - satisfaction! While the staffs were helpful, and attentive to our needs. Our mini-tour inside Boracay Westcove hotel rooms were informative and seemed flabbergasting that we think we were all blown away by the intricacy of each room. For instance, one room had the story of each artistry sign, designs illustrated on the walls. Our big felicitation to Mr. Ian Michael Villas Catiloc for a job well done, together with his subordinates. We're sincerely inlove with loving our short stay at Boracay Westcove a lot! Till next time! Kudos!

A fantastic hotel team and cozy property - must try!
My girlfriend had chosen this lovely hotel because of the terrific views from the cliffs. The hotel is of very good quality and the staff goes out of their way to fulfill all wishes you may have. This is a place with character - rooms feature large balconies and the entire hotel is built into the cliffs but trees were kept alive and included in the interior design. BRAVO! Special thanks to Mr. Ian V. Catiloc who was very attentive and welcoming. Important to know - the West Cove Hotel has a nice restaurant but next to it you will also find the Spider House Cafe and another restaurant and bar that feature a bambo elevator to a terrace with a fantastic view. All points combined together I recommend the Borocay WEST COVE Hotel for your next stay.

Perfect place to unwind and relax
If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, away from the noisy and crowded places this place is the best choice.i stayed here for 3days/2 nights in a suite room, with ocean view. i have a chance also to catch the beautiful sunset while drinking an afternoon tea in the cliff area and was surprised by the visits of the chinese people to watch the sunset, snorkelling and cliff jumping. I will surely going back to this place.

What a fantastic place to have dinner and view the sunset
My sister and I heard about this place from other travelers and decided to have a memorable dinner together (bonding time). and made a call to make reservations for dinner so we could also experience the beautiful sunset. A certain Ervin took the reservations and gave us detailed instructions how to get there. We were met by Ervin Zaspa? (not sure of the last name) himself and we found out later that he was the F&B manager of the place. He reserved us a spot where we had an unobstructed view of the sea. Food was superb--I made note of the taste of the sisig which was very good among other things we ordered. He treated us royally while managing the other staff who were also busy with other guests. Next time we come to Boracay I'll make sure I stay in this hotel. Kudos and many thanks again to Ervin. May your tribe prosper.

Sipping Mango Shakes as the Sun sets in the Horizon
Best Sunset Views on the Island. Best to watch the sun go down while drinking their yellow mango shakes, no milk or cream, just pure mango goodness. Try their pasta or sandwiches as well. We ordered their grilled seafood for lunch, the crab and shrimp were delicious Come early and walk around the resort to check out the various views they have. You can walk up and down the resort to see White Beach, Diniwid and Balinghai Beaches. Stayed in one of the beautiful rooms and woke up to a beautiful view and a yummy filipino breakfast. Service and people were great, you can ask them anything and they'll be willing to help you with anything.
