Very relaxing quiet and romantic
We were so disappointed with the facility and accommodation. Advertisement is very far from reality. Serving a not fresh food? Its quite bad. We do an early out and visit some of the attraction due to disappointment.

Lovely place, flexible staffs, good food...
I booked Economy room but allocate me to a deluxe room which is the bigger one and has a bath tub. The hotel has an amazing view from the 3rd floor. The staffs are very accommodating, friendly. food itself is worth the price. The place is quite, perfect getaway from a busy streets and stressful world. Considering this hotel is located in the mountain top so it is distance from any big stores so I just have to take a service to go down to the city to buy any food to eat or any delicacies in the island, but good thing they din't charge any centavos. instead they charge it for free. Their front office personnel offering me so many activities to do in the island but sad to say my time here is so limited. So making sure by next time I can visit everything interesting in this island... til next time.

There really isn't anything good to say about this hotel. It is isolated on top of a mountain that made it difficult to get to. We were the only ones there and all staff were gone by 10:00pm balcony door did not locked so security was a major concern. 1 television station No Internet In room safe did not work No in room phone Spider Web on bathroom door. We stayed for 2 nights and then decided to go elsewhere.

Nice place but disappointing
The place needs regular upkeep. No elevator and the stairs are quite steep. We stayed at room 208. Door chain is broken. My colleague opened the door going to the veranda and we can't close it anymore! we have to ask for staff assistance to close and lock it again. The room is clean although it "smells" quite old. There is no telephone in the room. If you need to get in touch with the front desk, you have to call or text them in the numbers pasted on top of the night table. The television unit is small and old model, something we wouldn't have minded but there is no remote! Only one channel is accessed! If you want another channel, you have to tell the front desk which is located at the ground floor. we noticed that there is no hot water in the shower so we called their attention. the staff came and tinkered something then told us to wait for 15-20 minutes before the water gets hot. And that we have to keep the lavatory faucet open so the water in the shower will get hot, that is, after 15-20 minutes! there is a swimming pool but we were not able to use it. it looked clean, though. we were to check out early but have to wait for the one in-charge of the issuance of the official receipt. they used to have free wifi but we were told that it is under repair. it was okay for us to use our mobile data just to be online but once inside the room, the signal for Smart is extremely weak. we were forced to get out of the room just to have signal even for text and call. no free breakfast. plated breakfast costs P190.00 but the serving is generous. the usual choices: american, continental, filipino breakfast. the staff are very courteous and exerts best effort to address our requests. if you are seeking some kind of solitude, this place might suit you. otherwise, you may want to stay somewhere else.

Having less means everything!
If you want a real get away vacation, this is the place to be! Expect less convenience in a so called modern world (inconsistent internet, network signal, no elevator nor escalator, and old plasma tv) but I would say you will have more of earth element around it and it's good for reconnecting people. It is far from the main town and literally in the mountain top. The view is super awesome looking at the mountain side or overlooking view to the sea. I loved the super colorful healthy good looking big Koi fish in a pond at the back part of the building, not to mention the landscape was superb! This is not a place for city lovers and "maarte" people; this is a place for nature lovers and who truly needs to disconnect from the crazy, busy and suffocating world of civilization with cyber influence yet there's still a touch of comfort of at least a modern concrete home. The modern old school. It achieved it's Mediterranean look yet pretty impressive for a ten-year-old building. The details will disappoint you but its normal for areas that's pretty expose to moisture. We didn't had the chance to go swimming in the pool tho 'coz twas raining most of the time. We were mesmerized by the low clouds invading the place from time to time. We also enjoyed doing some basic photography when we cant roam around if its raining. We got the chance to play with camera settings since the lighting was good. We used the yard, the pond and the views - everything as the subject. The food was great, I loved the prawns in coconut milk. The staffs were always doing the best they can offer considering they're far from the main town (so don't demand too much). We really had a great time there even if we stayed indoors most of the time. The view, the quietness and the ambiance just nailed it! Don't expect too much. You'll just have to let go of what should be and just enjoy everything!

Stay somewhere else!
We went as group and this hotel is old, dirty and not worth your penny. Facilities not working, the pool was not very inviting at all, wi-fi kept cutting in and out and the food ugh! Not gonna stay here again!
