It was a very nice experience after all.
Staff were nice and they gave us a really nice view from our room, breakfast meal was ok. Really nice pool.
Rooms are old and incomplete toiletries
One of the best resort that we visit. Keep it up! Maybe it much more better if they will also put a WiFi on each room
The toiletries are missing like shampoo and tissue. Very expensive the foods in the resto. Lots of ants in the room.
Good hotel. One of the best place to stay with short travel.
Everything was great except for the smell inside our room.
More food stalls inside the resort.
It's really relaxing. Wonderful view. A home away from home.
The facilities are clean, our room is bigger than we expect, very accommodating.

A diamond that is left unpolished
Location, location, location! What a beautiful spot, not far from Manila. I see so much potential here, however the resort is left in despair. Bedding is old, elevators are musty, and pieces are falling off the exterior of the buildings. Staff is not very friendly, it’s almost like they just don’t care... The beach and pool are were very nice, and overly crowded. It pains me, because with just a lil TLC, this resort could really shine!

Unsatisfactory rooms
This is more of a resort than a hotel. You will need to hand in your ID at the entrance if you come by vehicle and you will get it back on check out. If you come by public transport then it is quite a walk from the front gate to the reception area. The reception area is quite stunning and beautiful. The check-in does take quite a long time though. The room provided to us is sub-standard with water marks and molds on the ceiling and exposed wires on the phone outlets. The room was supposed to be for 2 adults, however, only one cup is provided. Wifi in your room is unavailable. You will need to travel all the way to reception to get wifi. The food in the restaurant is disgusting and expensive. I ordered a sizzling sisig which is a pork dish and it came in a warm dish - what happened to the sizzling bit? There was a raw egg put on the dish and the hot plate of the dish is supposed to cook the egg, however, as the dish is warm the egg remained raw. Not everything is bad though, the swimming pool and activities within the resort are great and we definitely had a good time. My suggestion, skip getting a room in Canyon Cove as it is very expensive for sub standard rooms. Find another place in Nasugbu and you can still visit Canyon Cove for a day and enjoy their pool and water activities.

Family Outing
Me and a lot of my family members booked for an overnight stay in Canyon Cove. Total room booked were 6. Ok, here is my review. Reached there on a gloomy weather (raining all day). Check in, was a bit fast as there were few families checking in, ask for a deposit even though there were no minibar. Given 2 rooms initially and waited for the 4 remaining keys at our room. Since its raining all day, some of the hotel ceilings were leaking. (corridors and on the restaurant walkways) housekeeping are present anyway. Went to the pool area, its huge, perfect for every member of the family, from adults, teens and children plus the adult pool are warm, so even the weather is cold, swimming is still enjoyable. After which went to the beach area, its clean, huge and an Instagram-worthy area. Also tried kayak. Rooms are huge and can fit 4 or more, although since its a resort hotel, there a lot of mosquito, asked housekeeping for insects sprays. An insect repellent will come handy. I thought the food is better than other fancy hotel however, the serving is relatively small. Overall its a good place to say for family. Typical hotel-resort with huge pools and beach area. We are not a picky family hence, our stay is enjoyable.

Loved it!
1. Personnel were very friendly, attentive and alert to our concerns. 2. Our room was spacious and clean. Bathrooms show a little sign of age but well maintained nonetheless. 3. Pool was massive! 4. Beach front, semi fine golden sands. 5. Food in the resto was good, a bit pricey. We were not able to enjoy the beach though due to inclement weather but we'll definitely be back. Husband and I loved our stay :)

Quick getaway from the Metro
I traveled here with my friends (16). We booked an apartment via Air bnb. Good: 1. Location - Near Metro Manila and you can easily visit Tagaytay on your way home. 2. Beach - Not as pristine or clear like beaches in Visayas and Mindaoa but good enough. No so good: 1. Old and not properly maintained. - The place is old, there are abandoned and unfinished apartment units. The landscape is also not well maintained. 2. Security - We went to the beach at around 1AM and we didn't see any security guard doing rounds and checking if people are swimming. SAFETY! 3. Apartment Pool - Too much chlorine 4. Hotel - Again not well maintained. Verdict: Good enough but will never go back or recommened this place. Try Punta Fuego or Hamilo coast!

Greetings from Canyon Woods Resort Club & Homeowners Association!

We would like to inform you, that, the re-opening of one lane of the bridge
to light vehicles before Christmas

which was scheduled by DPWH will not materialize. The rain has hampered and
delayed the rehabilitation works.

They are also considering the application of a "new technology" (erecting
metal / PVC 'Sheet Piles'), In order to

apply this technology ,there is a need to re-design the rehab plan.

We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you, that we are
continually coordinating and requesting the

Project Engineer for a weekly update on the progress of their work. We have
also sent letters and made

representations to the DPWH Secretary to open a portion of the bridge and
pleaded to expedite its' construction, as soon as, humanely possible.
