This place has a lot of water spots for the kids.

My total stay at the resort is quite good but the crews are not. They have false room details inclusion in their website. Their phone keeps ringing but nobody answers.

Good swim just within the city
Wide park for swimming with kids or for all families. Just within the city, you can easily buy food outside and go back. They have new attraction as well which is the slide for adults and kids. THere is playground for kids as well. Indoor playground and pool.

Family Get Away or NOT...
It seems Carribean Waterpark and Resotel offers the best deal when it comes to Family Vacation most of the rooms are actually for bigger groups or good for family who needs more sleeping space. I advice do NOT EXPECT the UNEXPECTED. You can actually have Free passes here if you are a Guest at Kundutel probably just 2 minutes away walking area and just on the same ground which is the Goldenfield Commercial Complex.

Too noisy, dirty water park
It's water park and many locals rent shacks around the pool area. The room has lots of insect 🐜 , good large size, very noisy cleaning staff , playing loud music as early as 8 am, the trolley is too noisy when passing by my room, many kids swimming and shouting, the swimming pools lack of cleaning and maintenance. no kettle in the room, old type TV, window type AC, has safebox. the toilet is too old, dirty, dirty shower curtains, no hand held wash, old linens, old and small towels, water pressure very good, location is good. The window wooden louver with gaps, no privacy.

This place would give Anthony from Hotel Impossible absolute heart failure. Its a waterpark with hotel attached. The waterpark has lots to do for most ages, albeit some if it looks a little rundown. The outside of the buildings are painted an institutional cream and some of the surrounding areas look very dilapidated. However, thats the good part. The room we had was basic. It was dirty with dead insects and a dead spider on the floor. The fridge was turned off, the tv was microscopic in size, the bathroom was dirty with bad mould on the tiles in the shower and the shower curtain was filthy. The towels were worn out and thin. The bed sheets were likewise thin and past their life. There was no kettle to boil some water and one couldn't be provided, only a thermos of hotish water was given. This place should be avoided for accommodation, it maybe ok as a waterpark, but i can't be sure.

Disgusting customer service
1. Customer service Management needs to train or hire an experienced booking person. Needs to know what they are selling, has a good business ethics. The person who booked us for 3 days reservation doesn't have any idea what customer service is. Demanded a full payment from us within 24hrs in order to get a booking. We sent a money transfer to resort account same day. My husband asked this person's name(just for a record of who we talked to) but she rudely hanged up. Great!!! 2. Accomodation We arrived in the resort around 7pm. Approached the lady at the desk to check in for 3 days(Caribbean suite). According to this lady she doesn't have a Caribbean suite anymore. We are a party of 5 with 2kids. She said they only room they have left are just regular rooms. So, what about our fully paid reservations girl??? They gave up our room to another guests, great!!! After a long trip from another city, we were looking forward to relax in a comfortable room. I told the lady that I need to talk to her manager. She answered, "ma'm, my manager is gone/off duty". She offered the regular room, then asked us to pay for the extra mattress. Excellent, great, superb customer service!!!! We have a fully paid reservation, she doesn't have the room we reserved, now she wants us to pay for the extra mattress??? This lady hide behind her door and was talking to somebody on the phone. I demanded to talk to that person, guess who it was? It was her manager. I demanded that they return our money. Manager offered the regular room with no charge for mattress and will reimburse the excess money we paid. That lady did not even apologized for their mistakes. After 3 DAYS, one lady, I believe was their supervisor, approached us and apologized. Well, thank you somebody recognized their mistakes. 3. Resort telephone line Have somebody answer customer's call's. Another customer in the desk complained that she was calling for her reservation, the person answered and hanged up the phone several times. The customer recognized the voice of this lady at the desk. But she denied that she hanged up the phone. Management please educate your staff!!!!
