Average, good breakfast
To start, staff is really nice and friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also really good and fulfilling, included in the price. Please ask for the tomato omlette!!! :) Regarding rooms, uhmm I tried 2 of them. Both smell like mole XD, both had A/C, but the first one was horrible because the bathroom shower flooded as well when it rained, the room flooded.... The second room was bigger, still smelly, but not flooded... :) It was ok for the price, the service, the location... I mean, we just spend the night there and had a nice breakfast. It is also very quiet :) I wouldn´t mind staying there again as the staff is really nice and helpful, and definitely would like to come back for that omelette :) *Wifi works bad as in every place in el Nido

Average accommodations, great staff though
Room was fine, no complaints other than a strong moldy smell. Toilet, shower worked fine. Room had great a.c. staff were really helpful and friendly. Not a bad place to stay, I'm sure there are better a nd worse places, but 1100 PHP was not too bad during peak season.

The worst
My girlfriend and I are currently staying here booked for five nights. This is without a doubt the worst value for a Hotel I've stayed at for the price they're charging. Let the first world problems ranting and raving begin begin begin. Where do I even start. Ok, for the price we paid (thirty US a night) I don't expect much. The biggest issue is the bathroom. The staff have to fill the water tank in order to ensure that the guests have water. This wouldn't be a problem. But the staff forget regularly to do this. As in five times I had to remind them we had NO water. It takes about 30 minutes to fill and that means no toilet, no sink, and no shower. There's no hot water which is fine but the showers water pressure is non existent which means bucket showers which is also fine if there's water to fill the bucket. Then there's the issue of waste water dripping from the bottom of the toilet into the bathroom. That's whatever. But with no water to rinse it down the drain it begins to smell. Next is the staff. Polite but spaced out. Examples: asking about a a tour recommendation from one staff member only to be told we were being ripped off by that same company by another. We dropped off the laundry to them at 7 pm and they told us that it would be finished at noon the next day. We came back at 3 and boy tells us with a smile: "oh...uhhhh it's not dry because it's cloudy now" even though it was bright and sunny all day..."maybe finished this evening" implying that tomorrow morning would be more likely. Spotty wifi is not that big of a deal because the beach is for getting away from it all. However, expect problems even sending an email through. The dodgy wifi only "works" on the open air patio. The rooms are not cleaned. Ever. It was in town, which was nice. In general, this place survives because they know someone will book the last minute, and that was us. Don't be that person during high season and book elsewhere in advance.

Prima budget
Prima overnachtingen gehad!
