Superb stay!
Superb customer service! My family and I had a great time. Staff were accommodating and helpful. They were very considerate and allowed my family to use the extra washrooms outside our room when we were pressed for time to catch our next tour. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Rooms were super clean and bed was comfortable. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back!

Holy Week Trip saved by Casa del Camba
My family and I decided to travel to Alaminos City, Pangasinan last Holy Week (April 2017). My brother's family and I booked at Casa del Camba early while I did last minute reservations for my parents in another hotel. When we visited the room in X hotel for my parents, it was smelly and moldy. We asked Casa del Camba if my parents could stay in our room because most hotels in the city are fully booked already. The staff at Casa del Camba was okay with it. They even helped us with boat reservations. The hotel food is great. The rooms are big too. Would love to come back and stay at this hotel again.

This is not your 5 star hotel but many advantages to stay in this hotel, the staff are very friendly, location is very close to lucap wharf where you can hire a boat for the day for island hopping, ample parking, wifi is good and the rooms are very clean. I will choose this over transient homes which are numerous in the same vicinity. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Homey with some good service
I contacted Casa del Camba through Facebook messenger and they were very responsive to inquries. We were a very picky group of 3 but managed to decide on booking our hotel reservation with them because they constantly replied and gave very specific details about the room, etc. And apparently, they can also schedule a boat tour for you and your friends/family depending on how big your group is. Having been overwhelmed with the desire to visit all the islands, we found that option very convenient. Since we were only 3 we chose the "small boat" option for 1400 pesos that had separate fees for the life vests [just 50 pesos each] and snorkeling gear [I didn't get the price because we brought our own]. The Kuya driving the boat toured us around, showed us the different islands, and allowed us to stay wherever we wanted. You can ride the zipline and try out their helmet diving. We weighed too little (<60 kg) and weren't allowed to zipline because of the weather condition but the helmet diving is a MUST TRY. Check-in was a standard 2:00 PM but [again] I just notified them via Facebook that we'll be arriving late [driving from 280 miles away] and they were 100% okay with it. TWO THUMBS UP TO ANGEL FROM THE FRONT DESK during that Saturday evening: we actually arrived pretty late at a few minutes before midnight, but once we pulled over at their driveway and made our way to the parking lot, this young lady came out the front door and greeted us a warm welcome. She knew right away that "it was us" so she gave our keys immediately and IT WAS SO NICE that the room was well-prepared, clean, the AC was on and the temp was perfect. Imagine coming from a long drive and being greeted with incompetence and poor service, I think that if that's what we experienced our entire stay would have been ruined. That first impression was crucial and they really nailed it. We even had more questions plus a few added requests but Ms. Angel happily obliged. Fast forward to breakfast time the next day: you just have to inform them once you're up what time you want to have your breakfast so they'll have it ready and still warm by the time you're going to eat. They have a standard menu, nothing too fancy but good Filipino food. We loved their sweet coffee even if it was just "instant 3 in 1 with a twist" as we called it. We missed Ms. Angel that Sunday evening because the other female attendant was just browsing her phone and didn't even greet us [sad] but the male attendant was just as welcoming. They don't have rooms with kitchen amenities, however, you can make special requests and, if possible, they can cook your meal/s of choice for you for a price. You can also bring pre-cooked food for them to prepare for you, again for a reasonable price. We did just that and were able to save up a lot on our food expenses. Even though we were out most of the time during our stay, whenever it was time to relax in the hotel we felt at home and in good hands, plus a little spoiled by Ate Angel. Thank you to the kind staff at Casa del Camba; will surely recommend your hotel to everyone visiting Alaminos.
