Great place to stay
Stayed here for 5 days for training. The room i got was at the second floor. the conference / training room is at the third floor. Cafeteria (Casa Aida ) is located at the 1st floor. On the first day of my stay, i told one of the staff that i dont eat raw fish (sushi). I was surprised on the fifth day that one of the cafeteria staff asked me where i was seated because they will deliver the fried fish (part of the menu on that day was sushi). I was glad that the staff remembered that I don't eat sushi and made a different menu just for me. The standard room is just enough for one person. There is a part in a room i thought was a window or something but when I opened it, it's a space for smoking for people who wants to light a smoke inside their room. I can hear people talking from outside. The toilet is clean. There was a free wifi, but i found it difficult to connect most of the times.

No windows
This hotel has no windows in any of its rooms and not recommended if you are claustrophobic. However, the rooms are very clean, the air con is cool, water pressure good, toilets spic and span, staff polite. Food is inconsistent. The ala carte meals are good. The Durian shake is to die for. But the free breakfast was plain blah. Hotel rate a bit expensive for a box without a view.

Basic but overall clean with comfy bed and pillows
Stayed for two nights at the Deluxe room with balcony. The bed and pillows are almost what you'd get with higher priced hotels - fluffy and comfy! Room and bathroom were very clean. It's a basic room but for its price, it's so worth it. The only downside is that the walls are thin that we can hear people talking in the hallway, or maybe the other guests were just very loud. It would also be better if the breakfast was improved. I ordered the chorizo, which was really good but they serve only one small piece.

Great place to stay for the price
*western review* My friends and family stayed in this hotel for 4 nights before moving to another location. They have 2 deluxe rooms which are very good, the other rooms are very small but at the price you cant really complain. The staff were all fantastic and always would help if they could. The hotel is fairly new so modern, the rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast is provided but its not the best, you order the day before and its cooked and placed in a hot plate where it will stay until you come to collect it. It has free wifi but during our time there it was not working more than it worked. If on a budget and just looking for a nice clean place to stay then this is a good place for you.
