Nothing fancy...
Easy check in... Only that they got my requested room, WRONG. Either they don't pay attention to the booking agent or they intentionally do this because of miscommunication with hotel and booking agent re lowered rates. Fortunately, we were transferrd to my request room, after 30mins.. Exec plus room is okay.. Better than prime asia hotel.. At least they don't have those partially opened Bathrooms. They figured it out very early. Very simple, nothing fancy hotel.. Nothing better for guests..Damn, no toothbrush, toothpaste... Coffee, kettle.. So we literally have to buy one for our toddler's hot water use.. Thinking very hard as i already had two room reserved for dec30-jan1, 2017...

Enjoyable stay
I enjoyed my stay here....everything was good. Food, staff, rooms and Wi-Fi was good. The only issue I had was that they do not offer you free toothbrushes and combs like other hotels in the area. I will return here in the future

Overall good except for customer service maybe for Filipino women
After my 24hrs after work straight to the airport flight,I was expecting a pleasant stay in this Hotel. Upon my and my companions arrival and during the check in process I was asked if I would stay with the person I am with during that person’s stay. Wherein my understanding my name was clearly placed upon the booking. So I had to tell the front desk that I’m well acquainted with the individual. And happily she apologized and gave me a key. The succeeding days were ok if I did not leave the place alone,i was constantly asked which room I have been to I know it’s a standard SOP but during my 10days there it’s a bit sad coz it was my holiday and I paid half of my stay too but they weren’t rude maybe I just saw people from different shifts.Another one is when I asked the front desk and informed them that I was expecting a package giving my room number, and when I came to pick it up they asked for my ID,maybe it’s an SOP but the fact that I asked for it means it’s mine instead of verifying other details or maybe there isn’t a systematic way of conveying information for the next shift. Another is being ignored at the restaurant by 4 servers wherein they were constantly serving foreigners beside my table and the next two tables. I called ate, kuya pressed the bottom thrice and if I didn’t raise my voice they wouldn’t even give me a menu. Morning shift people at the resto were great but the waiters at night..meh,the room attendants were adorable and helpful, they managed to be proactive and even helped me out twice one with my laundry and when my hair dye treatment maintenance smudged some color on the towel they were really ardent to extend their assistance. And they would ask in the morning if everything is ok and if they can help out and smile. And there is this one individual who extended his help to even take us to the gym don’t know his position but it’s really a good one too.Honestly I understand that there are SOP in hotels since I have been a part of that industry for certain years,. But I think for women regardless of their jobs and so on should be treated properly. Coz honestly these women bring in the guest without them there would be no fields ave and a large percentage of the income of hotels would be gone and no jobs. Just like the previous review I felt the same way as she did and it’s sad.I have been to different countries with my own money and I expected Filipinos are being prejudiced at times but with all the ones I have been to,it was only in this hotel where I have felt more prejudiced or discriminated. funny coz it’s within my own country. Selective hospitality. My last day was a bit better check out was smooth. Price- worth it clean and comfy but no bubble bath liquid as stated in the guide inside the room. Food- delicious,.perfect. A holiday treat. Restaurant- mesmerizing, especially at 6am but don’t bother to call them to pick up the dirty plates as stated in the hotel guide book coz it’s ok to leave it outside your room. But their events are nice. Swimming pool- if you love swimming you can swim in the morning. Amenities- maybe it’s better to bring your own things but you have to purchase most of them from the hotel. But shampoo and body wash and soaps are free. Tooth brush and paste and so on are not. Free water 2 bottles every morning. Cleanliness/rooms -4.5star. Huge bed not to hard nor soft Big bathroom and bathtub Good tv channels Air con is a bit small for my room so just adjust the temp. Pillows are just right Wifi is also great not as fast as korea but not too slow like SM mall. Staff- they are ok,maybe I’m just observant or maybe because I have been in their shoes before. or maybe as my colleague have mentioned since I just got used to the kind of services that I am experiencing now in another country. Plus maybe it’s different for foreigners so.. Location -accessible but the roads out are a little too crowded and dusty,. And a lot of children are waiting at the corner of the street. But there is a ministop nearby. So it’s convenient. Room service- fast Just a heads up- if you are with someone it would be nice to inform her to let the front desk know directly from which room so she doesn’t have to be asked at the door and has to go back at the front desk. And there is 1000pesos CASH security deposit which you can refund after your check out. And if you booked at booking.com you have to consider 12% value added tax when you pay upon your arrival. Will I stay again? I would. Would I recommend it? Yes. But for Filipino women just also remember that it’s located in the red light district and hotels have SOP,so if being asked constantly is not your cup of tea maybe it’s not a place for you.

Receptionists are rude!
Stayed here with my friends last August everything was perfect, rooms are good, room service was excellent. However, at the end of the night i decided to go home and the security asked me to go to the front desk area to tell them that ill be going home which i did. The receptionist told me to go back to the room and "ask for authorization" from my friends to go home *plain BS*. They should've called the room instead! She doesnt even know how to smile. They way how she told me to go back to the room is just so rude. As a front liner you should know how to treat your guests right! U are ruining the company's image.
